If you are going to this Dunkin’ location today, plan for a 20 minute delay. I ordered a sausage & egg croissant, hash browns, and an orange juice. I should have suspected problems when I saw 2 cars ahead of me waiting in line. When I finally advanced to the window and paid, my wait began. After 10 minutes waiting at the window, with other cars stacking up behind me, the order taker finally asked me to pull forward so they could service other guests. No problem, I moved up. Well, that was fruitless because the car behind me also had to wait for their order. I waited another 10 minutes before they finally walked my food out. The car at the window, behind me, was still waiting at the window when I pulled away. Whoever is making the food orders today is not doing a very good job, or they are understaffed for the morning breakfast crowd. Good luck to you if you try. My advice, the McDonald’s across the street is a great alternative to...
Read moreI didn't realize until I got my order that the table area was closed. So after walking a half mile there in 40 degree weather, I had to take my order outside and eat it while I walked on the way back in 40 degree weather!! What's worse. After you get your order, they Hypocritically make you walk directly back against the people in line instead of being able to exit in a different direction through the closed table area!!!! The girl taking my order wished me a nice day which I liked. But for closing the table area for a virus that kills less than 10 people a day in Ohio, of which 90% over 70 with underlying conditions and which has a 99.9% recovery rate, I will not eat at any Dunkin Donuts anymore!!!! Per CDC 99.9% survival rate. Per CDC 85% of COVID19 cases said they always wear a mask. Per CDC 94% of fatalities have about 2.5 underlying conditions. Per CDC Fatality rate by age: 0-19 years: 0.00003 20-49 years: 0.0002 50-69 years: 0.005 70+...
Read moreWent in to the store - woman at the register was not wearing a face mask. I saw that she was handling cash, food, and beverages without one. Also noticed that when she was given any money, she did not change her gloves out and continued selecting donuts with the same gloves. Called to express my concern and hesitancy in coming back to the store, given the current climate, and the woman on the phone (I think her name was Melissa) was very rude and dismissive saying everyone was wearing gloves and masks (though I had literally just been in there). Really disappointing. I have been frequenting this DD since I moved to the area two years ago, but they lost a...
