I went in today, Sunday the 20th, at approx 5:55PM. I asked for a menu and the Indian girl at the counter, who refused to give me her name after I called to ask, just pointed at the wall. I asked for a supreme pizza with extra cheese. She informed me that they were out of that particular sausage.
I asked if she could just substitute the extra cheese, which is a lot cheaper, for the sausage. She said no that it’s different and would cost me another $2.25 even though they didn’t have all of the toppings that are supposed to come on the pizza I ordered.
I asked again if she couldn’t do the sausage, why not just sub the extra cheese and I won’t worry about the sausage. She was EXTREMELY rude and told me that’s not how it works and that she has to charge me extra no matter what. I told her that she was way too rude for me and I walked out.
I called twice to inquire her name but no one, including her, would give it to me. I asked for a manager and she told me she is one of the managers. That’s sad. She was a short Indian girl, India type Indian, not Native American. She hung up on me twice after yelling and cursing at me on the phone. She said she can’t give me her name because she doesn’t know why I want it. I told her because I was doing a review.
This is the first time in probably 10 years that I’ve been to a Pizza Hut. If I ever do go back, which is doubtful, it would never be to that store. Also, you can barely read the reprinted menus on the wall. This place is not nice in any way at all. Being treated that way was extremely unacceptable.
I’ve been in customer service for 30+ years and if one of my employees treated anyone like she treated me, they would be gone. There was no excuse for the rudeness in the store and definitely no excuse for yelling and cursing at me over the phone when I was only trying to get her name.
I gave the time and day that I was there and she shouldn’t be difficult to locate. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had since I can remember. She doesn’t belong dealing with paying customers. She has no clue what good customer service is.

Read moreWe had a terrible experience. Ordered delivery at 6:15 through the Pizza Hut website. Delivery time said 7:25. Called at 7:50. we were told it was on its way. Called back at 8:15 and they said they had no drivers available so they were running all of their deliveries through Door Dash drivers. They said the pizza should be there. Still no pizza. We requested a refund because now it was getting late and we do not trust that the pizza is really coming. The person at the location said this was Door Dash fault so he could not issue a refund. We did not order from Door Dash, we ordered from the Pizza Hut site. They got Door Dash involved without our knowledge. I said that I understand that a lot of places are short staffed right now so no problem just return the money to the card since we already paid. They again refused and said the best they could do was offer a credit for $20. Our order was $36. I told him this was not acceptable and he said it was all he could do. I asked for the RGM. He said they were not available. I asked for the Area Coach or Region Manager name and number and he said he did not know who they were or their info. So we have no pizza and the person who answered the phone refused to just give our money back. DO NOT Order from this place. This is the dumbest and worst customer...
Read moreInsane experience. I wasn't sure I wanted to write this review but I haven't seen any other reviews about the situation. I ordered online for pickup, drove to the store, and called the number and was put on hold for 15 min. Then rerouted to the store, which hung up on me. I got out of the car and walked in and waited 45 minutes for the manager of the store to acknowledge me, which was terrifying because she was screaming at everyone in the store the whole time, completely unhinged. Occasionally she would start yelling at customers about the wait, complain about PH corporate, or walk behind the the register to the kitchen, stand over her employees, and whisper threats in their ears as they worked. (DURING COVID).
We all have bad days but abusing customers and employees and screaming at everyone in an unhinged way, in all completely unacceptable. Some woman in front of me actually started filming the whole thing on her phone, which was a wild moment to capture....
