Tsaocaa Bubble tea — Restaurant in West Chester

Me and my cousin became really close because of boba, we were lucky to have found this little lovely place which has now become our outlet. Ignore any negative reviews, this place is our favorite and we’ve tried quite a bit of boba. The workers have always been nice and friendly, the drinks are beyond good, there’s fast service and the only smell in that place is the sweet aroma of boba being made 🥰. Also sometimes in general it can be hard to keep everything looking clean and tidy especially when people don’t clean up after themselves but they Still keep the place looking clean anyway and the bathroom too always seems very tidy more then most public bathrooms. Awesome! Best bubble tea I’ve had and they allow you to pick your sugar percentage or ice level, which is nice. I am obsessed with their brown sugar milk black tea. They have the boba in a crock pot with the brown sugar and swirl the thick almost caramel-ly sauce in the cup. I also got the Dragon Fruit Slushy which has clear jelly boba and a salted milk foam on top. The milk foam on a slushy was kinda weird but it worked well surprisingly. The menu is interesting and not generic, which is nice.

Drinks were good, don't know why they have seeds in the fruit teas and they use syrups for the milk swirls. The food wasn't really anything to talk about. My mom didn't like the cheesecake, it tasted ok to me and you can't really taste any mango in the mango crepe cake. The one man working the register and drinks was nice and fast although didn't know if the cheesecake had a graham cracker crust or not. And the cafe is nicely decorated.
