Mino Sushi & Ramen — Restaurant in West Chester

Really good sushi and noodles. My wife and I brought some sake and had a nice weeknight date a couple nights ago. Our server, Joseph, was very friendly and enthusiastic.

Crab Rangoon - excellent, better than many other local spots. Their wonton wrappers were super thin, so you don't get the sensation of biting through a thick chunk of fried dough - just crispy crunch and delicious filling.

Vegetable Lo Mein - also excellent, not very oily and had a nice bit of wok hei-style smokiness to it.

Vegas Roll - this was the only thing that I didn't love. It was still very tasty, but it had a little too much cream cheese in it so it was very rich accounting for the fact that it's tempura fried.

Lady Gaga Roll - delicious. Shrimp tempura was crispy but not overcooked, and the fish was fresh.

Lonely Angel Roll - cute preparation. They put a TON of multicolor tobiko on top, which was both very generous and made the whole thing even tastier.

All in all, it's a great addition to downtown WC and I hope they stick around in that location. We'll be back for sure. Haven't tried the ramen yet so that'll be on the docket...

My time at this restaurant is hard to describe, for words alone feel too small. The closest I can come to capturing this indescribable experience is with the word extraordinary. The food? Amazing. The service? Exceptional. The atmosphere? Beautiful. I was blown away, completely captivated by this restaurant’s ability to craft remarkable ramen, sushi, and boba. I had the pleasure and privilege of tasting the spicy chicken ramen, and let me confess, my life was changed. The crab rangoons, too, were fantastically remarkable. Top end sushi.and ramen. Ordered some ebi nigiri sushi as a starter and it was. Very fresh and the plate was very pleasing to the eye. Entree.was sfeak.ramen. it was extremely good. Very nice portion of steak and incredibly flavorful and rich broth. Ramen was perfect and nice sized portion. I ordered a Doet coke.but they had an extensive drinks (non alcoholic) menu and so.decided.to.try one of the slushies..Asked the waiter what was most popular flavor and he said taro.
