Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

this restaurant is extremely unprofessional out of all chipotle restaurants i have been to. the food is not all that great for starters the rice was hard and not all the way cooked. the staff there are extremely rude and need customer skills training. I asked the chipotle worker while in line after they started making my bowl if it was possible if they could continue making my bowl considering i was standing there she continued to rudely ignore me and continue to make orders that was printed out in front of me. i never known for a chipotle to make online orders in life with regular orders there’s usually a separate station for that which it was and wasn’t being used . also if even if they did i’ve always known that good customer service is to to take care of the people who are there . why would you purposely inconvenience a paying customer that’s already there . but avoid this place there a better chipotle locations that don’t have homeless people harassing you or poor quality of food or terrible...

This place hires anyone and everyone, and I mean they hire rude, senseless people. I was ordering a bowl and asked for steak and they had a few pieces in there, but they managed to use those few pieces in my two bowls, so I had less than normal meat in my bowl. The steak that was left was enough for only one bowl. I had told them that I don’t mind waiting for more, but they told me it was going to take a long time for more steak to come out. I told them no worries, I can wait, but they told me no and still decided to give me the last few pieces. As soon as I moved further down the line to the cashier, they brought the steak out. I asked them if I could have a little bit more steak as I received very little, but they told me no very rudely. They told me it would have be to extra charge. Why would I need to pay extra if I didn’t even get enough for one bowl? Very rude and very bad service. Maybe they are...

Went around 8:45pm on 5/29. Store closes at 10pm. The staff and their attitudes were nasty and unprofessional. Asked staff if they had vinaigrette because I didn’t want the food without it so wanted to confirm before ordering. Maria just gave a blank stare and said “I don’t know.” When asked to check, she roller her eyes and huffed as she walked away towards the back. I then asked the cashier if she could check as Maria hadn’t come back and it had been a few minutes. She said no even though there was no one at the register being checked out and she was just standing around. This was uncomfortable but maria came back right then and said yes so we moved on. Placed our order. Got to the register and the cashier was still snippy when we asked for chips. I asked for her name and she said she couldn’t give it to me but handed me a card for the manager...
