This was my first time at this particular KAY in the South Loop and must admit the customer service was ON POINT! I was there to purchase a birthday gift for my daughter’s sweet 16 and was not disappointed. Props goes out to Victoria (manager) for assisting me with everything I needed and more. She answered all of my questions and even took the time to sell me a bear 😂😂😂. At this Chicagoland location, every kiss begins with "K"... K for Kameron! We were shopping for an Italian Horn Pendant for my son's 21st birthday, and whereas it's not commonly kept in stock, Kameron offered to order it for us. Since we need it by Monday, he then called the Merrillville location to see if they had it in stock after telling him we live in Indiana and were heading home. Everyone I’ve interacted with so far was nice and professional but I got a piece from them and I didn’t like how they added charges without asking (I.e. the warranty), that was kind of grimy to me. I wouldn’t purchase from them again but I’ll get my stuff cleaned and whatever. Edit: they charged me for the warranty but never “activated” it in the system so I paid for it and never actually got it. I threw away my receipt thinking they could look it up in the system like they do with everything else but somehow they couldn’t when it came to this....
