Lots of things wrong with this location. For one, the service is ridiculously slow. Like how am I gonna mobile order 10 mins in advance and y’all still don’t have my coffee ready by the time I walk in the door with no customers in the store?? Another problem is that they are classist and racist. Last week I came in to grab a coffee and witnessed a woman and her grandson (who both spoke very little English) go to pay for their order with a $50 bill only to be told those allegedly aren’t accepted. I worked in food service for years and we always used those pens to detect counterfeit bills. It’s literally 2024 I know technology has grown since I was working in food service so figure that out. I ordered through the app and came nearly 20 minutes later to find my coffee made incorrectly and my food items (a sandwich and hash browns from their little deal) not ready at all. After leaving i also found out they didn't make the food correctly either! The coffee at least was fixable in the moment, but I was charged for a modification to the sandwich that wasn't actually done. Consistently not timely with mobile orders and it seems specifically hash browns are a REAL struggle for this store. Unfortunately probably won't be coming back to this one. Read moreThe nicest people and the cleanest DD I have ever been to! This location is on the way to my daughters school so we stop here to have family breakfast on those days that we are running late and don't have breakfast at home.
Edit: We've been coming here for a few years now since it is on the way to my daughter's school and so close to the expressway. The staff has always been friendly and if we notice that our order is missing something, they are usually very good about fixing the problem.
