I want to share how devastated I was after such an experience. I was looking forward to these tickets for months, was on a waitlist and everything. Just for me and my family to be rushed out multiple times. The staff had said this exhibit could take 30 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes we were in about an hour and got rushed through the rest of the way. There were multiple other families there. They were shutting the exhibit down so my little girl could not experience the “Disney magic” as we like to say in our household. They also followed us and stood behind us every step of the way making my family feel very uncomfortable.
I know these are not staff of Disney’s company but of the exhibition center so relieved as I am a loyal Disney customer but definitely will not be taking my family back to this establishment and will most certainly be steering my friends and family clear of this place.

I think the exhibit was very cool, but VIP...

Another room, the music segment, had a bench but its purpose is to sit and listen, via headphones, to songs sung in various languages. Photos show the teacup as a seating option, but there was no handrail to assist one to climb into the cup to rest. This exhibit is supposed to be family friendly. It clearly is not welcoming of nor accommodating to the age group of the grandparents....
