This Dunkin Donuts is very close to my home so I go there about 5 times a week. I really like their Large Hazelnut swirl coffee with cream and 2 Splendas. Unfortunately, I have had various bad experiences at this location: from receiving lukewarm coffee,to receiving regular coffee instead of Hazelnut, to wrong order, and the coffee not having the right amount of hazelnut 4 swirls for large instead they give me 1. I enjoy a good cup of coffee but when it gets messed up, I’m frustrated and disappointed. Today I went thru drive-thru and placed my order. When I got home I noticed that I was given a regular coffee with cream and 2 Splendas and no Hazelnut swirl. I just got in my apartment when I noticed the error and I got back in the car to drive to Dunkin Donuts, to report their mishandling of my coffee order. I used extra gas and time so I’m frustrated. I walk in and explained what I ordered and showed them the receipt and told them I was fine forget about getting me a replacement. How can you continue to get my orders wrong. How difficult is it to take my Oder and give customer satisfaction. I’m done with Dunkin Donuts. They’re over priced and you get disappointed with their terrible service . #Notafan #Yousuck. Read moreWhere’s the option for 0 stars?!? That’s what this place deserves. Went in on Christmas day to purchase three gift cards (went through the drive thru). My husband asked the guy for three gifts cards each with $15. The cashier then said “so like 2 gift cards”. My husband then said “no 3 gift cards each with $15.” So then we drive up to window and the guy says “your total is $50.” We thought there was a fee/tax per gift card since total would of been $45 so we said okay and handed him my card. We got our cards and drove off to see family. Fast forward to the next day, I see a notification in my email saying that DD charged me $150!!! I drove back to city from Bloomingdale to resolve this issue because that was not what I authorized whatsoever. Manager basically told me she couldn’t do anything without the cards. I explained to her they were gifts and those relatives are not even in the state anymore. This was VERY FRUSTRATING because they were saying it was my fault for not “paying attention”. They need to better TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES so they don’t make these types of mistakes!!! It’s outrageous and ridiculous on the management side that they couldn’t do anything for me or give me my $100 back! Blaming the customer is also not right!

Read moreI tried this Dunkin’ Donuts so many times thinking I’m going to receive better customer service and one bad experience should have been enough. This morning I experience the most hostile aggressive heated woman working the drive thru. They usually all carry an attitude with them. I only came to this location because it has a drive thru and the other Dunkin is on cemark which always has bums in front of the store. The horrible attitude expressed by this individual full of anger and I’m parked in their parking lot wasting time and going to be late to work just to write this review. She’s being loud and I can see her pointing her arms and fingers in my direction. She was being rude since the beginning not letting me speak. Talking so fast and said THANK YOU!!! Then having an attitude throwing gestures and making comments telling me good bye good bye!!! I’m like what’s your name she said Gabriela and go ahead and tell the manager I DONT CARE. The managers might not care and it’s probably a reflection. There’s no way a whole gang of this employees work and flock together and run this business like this. Managers shouldn’t allow it.
