Kunce Tattoo — Local services in West Chicago Township

I looked through Modestas portfolio and his worked looked amazingaonindexided that while he was expensive to book him because I wanted to pay for an amazing piece of work. My appointment was scheduled for 11, I arrived 5 minutes early and he had not even set up his station so I had to wait 20 minutes. I told him I wanted a flag that looked like stone, which was emailed months in advance. He took 20 minutes looking for the flag and when he was designing it I told him what I would like to alter and he told me I needed to come in with exactly what I wanted and had his assistant finish the design. I thought that was totally unprofessional. There were no creative ideas, he literally copy and pasted what his assistant did. Modestas was not personably as he didn’t talk to me for the whole 5 hours and the quality of his work looked like he was not interested in putting in the work because the tattoo is so subpar that It wasn’t worth half of the $1,600 he charged for the piece. Within the last year I've came here three times for my only three tattoos-- with Andres. From the get go, he's made me feel very welcome and comfortable in the studio and I've never had an issue. Andres is a really versatile artist who did a fine-line butterfly on my collarbone and also a really detailed, intricate dragon on my arm with shading. I feel like my vision is always received perfectly and I can trust him with any areas I am uncertain about such as placement and size. I can't stress how talented and amazing of a tattoo artist he is, and the studio is really clean and organized-- I would highly recommend going to Kunce...

Kunce Tattoo itself is by far the best shop in Chicago that I’ve been to. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, full of good energy, but also has a variety of talented artists. My experience with PAVA couldn’t gave gone any better & I have 0 complaints. He’s an easy going person, considerate, very talented, patient, & also makes sure that you are as comfortable as can be. The entire process was made simple, easy, & also efficient. I am very happy with the piece I had done by PAVA as well as the experience while I was there. Definitely will be returning for more....
