The beer the food and patio are perfect. I recommend their chicken sandwich. BUT make sure to ask for a different server in case you get the tall built not so gentle man with questionable tattoos and a very condescending attitude towards customers. I have had various incidents with this person. I tried to keep criticism to myself but he deserves an honorable mention. Once I asked if I could still order cocktails, I was told to have a seat and that yes someone would take my order. Then he approached me and when I kindly asked for my drink he said he would try to squeeze me in for a beer but not cocktails. I then stood up and went to order at the front as I had mentioned that I was told I could 1 minute previous. He then chased me to the front and said he could take my order. He then served my drinks but it was obvious he was annoyed he had to provide service during hours of operation. Another time it was me asking if the kitchen was still open and being scolded for not telling him before I had drinks because the kitchen was now closed. I said it was fine if it was closed, that I understood and asked what time it closes for future reference. The last straw was me ordering the chicken sandwich (their dip for fries is to die for ask for double) I called it in, I asked if I could use Apple Pay as I has just lost my card. They confirmed I could. Once I got there to pick up my food I was greeted by the server who I forgot to mention belongs at a bar. I think he was a bouncer before this job that would explain a lot. His lack of experience and attitude serving people without respect. He then said the machine wasn’t working. He didn’t let me try to pay but just stood staring at me my holding my food. I then asked if I could please try to pay for my food. We tried 3 times to his discontent. At this point I said I was sorry that I was told I could pay with Apple Pay and explained about my card and apologized. He then just said ok. I am a reoccurring customer, I go once a week. usually to pick up food only now as his service discouraged me to be the subject of his disdain. He didn’t apologize or offered me to take the food and pay other time. I left feeling so humiliated that I’d let this guy abuse my kindness. Luckily I ran into a friend there and I offered to pay them if they could pay for my food and took my food and didn’t tip him. Even with bad service I always tip as many people are being over worked because not properly staffed and because they got us through the pandemic offering services that gave us a sense of normality. If you are wondering what server this may be you will feel the arrogance as he directs you where to scan the barcode in order to see the menu. Support this business and I hope he reads this review and finds it in his heart to do his job with dignity and respect to...

After the Auto show we visited Alulu for the 4th time. We considered other places we haven't been but we really enjoy this spot so much. The food is very good and the beer is great too. In fact, last night was the best night ever. Craig got rhe BBQ pork ribs which I tasted and was delectable. Even better was my dish, the Tonila Chicken. It was leg and breast meat still on the bone served with a kale salad and white steamed rice. The chicken was incredibly tender and fell off the bone. It was served in a small bowl with steamed spinach and the juice was a light sauce. I typically don't eat white rice but it was necessary to soak up the delicious sauce! The spinach was good. And the kale salad was yummy, no bitterness and chopped. We shared a few beers so we could try more. And then when things quieted down, our server brought a couple tastes of beers since we couldn't drink anymore full beers. Our server was Jose and he was quick to serve us and gave us amazing service. We sometimes needed more time so he was patient Other times, he helped us pick something. I spilled a beer and he graciously wiped up and made sure I wouldn't sit in any beer. He was so nice. We love love ❀ the food. And the beer list changes so it's fun to go and try new beers. They have such a huge range from German beer, Belgian beer, hazy ipas and more!! This brewer is so talented as is the head chef. I recommend this place. The ambience is a somewhat dark and intimate space but we could read the menus and see our food. Bathroom upstairs and down. Fun wooden tables and benches. Artwork on the walls, I believe from...

Came here alone..,. I am in my Late fourties’ trying to get back in the game after a “messy divorce”. My three kids left “the nest”. I went alone to “treat myself” (who says a woman in her fourties can’t have some simple fun on a Wednesday Night). I had two mimosas
.very scrumptious. Mimosas remind me of the “good old days” or “my past life” as I like to say..,,when I was younger and could wear a little bikini and sit by the pool 😀. Wish I had that early twenties body back. Three kids and a divorce changes you (you look down and can’t see your feet anymore! LOL!) whoopsies. During my divorce I decided that I would “treat myself” more. So I found this establishment after a Google Search). I sat at the bar and listened to the music. While as a Christian (who used to do Missionary Work in Sub-Saharan Africa) I did not enjoy that aspect, it was very ‘catchy’. I fell in love with the bartender. I won’t silence myself anymore,,. yes, this is the ‘God Honest’ truth. I plan to go back and properly introduce myself..,., like I said 😀 as a woman in my Late Fourties’ why not “live it up”. Great bar. Will...

Are you looking for outdoor dining? I found a place for you. If you sit on the patio at one of the covered tables, you can turn on the heat lamps if it gets cool. However, seating is available on two levels for indoor dining. Try the charred chicken wings, double burger, or fish & chips. Although we went for food, we enjoyed sitting outside sipping on Hibiscus Margaritas, Booly, and Oda Elix, and I bet you look good with a drum machine. Our tab was $127. Even though we had to wave over our server a few times, my overall experience was good. I will be back. Alulu is pet friendly. Parking can be challenging on a Saturday. Be prepared to walk a block or two.

They were sold out of a few items I wanted but I highly doubt it lowers the score. The cheese curds are good but a tiny bit greasy, still delicious, they make their own "hard seltzer" and I had the mango jalepeno one which was pretty heavy on the jalepeno, still had decent flavor but jalepeno was definitely overpowering. The patio is shared with Hoshi Sushi right next door which is pretty nice if you want a different type of fare, and the patio is huge! Plenty of space! Also tried a Shrub drink(cucumber lemon) and that was refreshing and tasty, especially on a hot day, no alcohol but alcohol can be added to it. I'll be back!

This is a very tiny microbrewery with an awesome creativity for beers and good food. I was really impressed with the smoked jalapeño beer they make, you can really taste the peppers and the smoke while drinking it. It's a very tiny building with a 1st, 2nd floor, plus outside patio seating area. The one thing that I can't believe is that they are allowed to have only one coed- gender neutral bathroom downstairs for the size and the capacity of the building. In other words!!! Don't wait until the last minute to go to the bathroom or you'll end up peeing in your pants while waiting for your turn to go to the bathroom.
