Terrible Terrible experience. I was verbally and then physically assaulted by an employee. Kevin Hampton an employee was beyond rude and then because I responded back with insults (which I'm not proud of) took it a step further and physically battered me. He hit me with a bunch of ice as I was leaving the place and then as if that was not enough...I see him coming from behind the counter after grabbing something and as I am hurrying out the store to get away from this apparent lunatic, he hits me in the back with a chunk of ice. A big chunk of ice. I called the police and have a report to follow up on but this man does not belong in any public setting. He is dangerous and very rude at the very least. He could have took out my eye if I had turned around and my upper back is very sore even hours later. Worst...

This store is the worst coffee I have ever bought. They don't have anything to sell at 6 p.m. And the shop assistant's disgusting behavior made me feel uncomfortable. I bought a 6 dollars drink on their app, but they didn't have any materials. So I changed my mind and asked if there were any other drinks. If you ask one, there is no one. So I asked them angrily. What else do they have? They told me that they only have ordinary ice coffee and hot coffee. I can't believe that only this is left at 6 p.m. and they didn't tell me at the first time that they had nothing else. It was after I asked and was angry that I told me that they only had coffee. My first time going to this location, the girl who took my order was very friendly and helpful. My coffee was made correctly (thank you 🙏🏾), but my donut order was wrong (not the end of the world!), but they need a bit of coaching when it comes to relaying orders to the runners filling the orders. Also, the labels for each donut selection may have been an issue, they didnt seem to know which donut I meant when read off the sign to them that said "bakers choice" aka Chocolate frosted cake donut. And no, glazed donuts and old-fashioned donuts are not the same. I would've given them a chance to correct it, but there was a long line of people forming. Will probably go back another day.
