Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Mid morning stop for me about 9am. This is close to my new job so really convenient to stop in. Ordered a L black coffee and toasted bagel and cream cheese. That's what I got, but, the coffee was burnt and the bagel was CHEWY, really chewy, I felt like I was chewing bagel and cream cheese gum. I LOVE Dunkin, they used to be a customer of mine, and I'm going to chalk this 1 up to a 1 off bad day. I'll taste the coffee before I leave if I go...

This Dunkin is inside of a gas station and as a funny smell. I ordered a latte and paid and walked out only once I tasted my beverage I realized they had given me a regular coffee. When I asked them if this was a coffee they said yes. When I told them I ordered a latte the workers started yelling at each other loudly and for a long while and then told me they'd make me a new one which I had to wait longer than I would...

I loooove the staff but it always seems their inventory isn't at its best this location is always busy and should have its stock so the employees can be ready for their customers but I will say the staff always goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers. My coworker and I always compromise what we want to get whats available just because we are loyal to the staff they deserve a RAISE AND BETTER...
