Wow. A phenomenal experience from start to finish. I brought my car here after Toyota told me I needed to replace my tire (with just one nail puncture) and they told me my battery also needs replacing, that the treads were thin. This car is only two years old, so I suspected that I needed a second opinion, and man was I right! Cassidy was able to assure me that everything wasn’t working condition and they only charged me for a very inexpensive tire puncture repair. They were very professional and fast as well. The waiting room space is beautiful with very interesting pictures of historical Chicago, and a book of “Chicago then and now”. The restroom is impeccably clean and they have coffee and a phone charger available for waiting guests. The space is beautiful and smell smells clean and new, it’s seriously is one of the best experiences I’ve had at any car shop ever! We will definitely be coming here for any future services. Rafael, the store manager, is amazing, so personable and genuinely easy to talk to. You can tell right away that he takes pride in the store and providing the best service. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable and so efficient! In my opinion, they went above and beyond patching my tire and making it a easy and seamless experience.
This new location is beautiful! The space is so clean and comfortable, you almost forget you’re in a tire/auto shop while you’re waiting, immaculate vibes all around. It’s honestly so refreshing to find a place like this in the city, where you feel taken care of from start to finish.
