El Paisano Tacos — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

The girl taking the orders will need training on taking orders over the phone. She forgot half of my order. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt. So I ordered again. She didn't fail she made the same mistake. Not only that but she gave the delivery driver the wrong phone number. So When the delivery driver arrived with my lunch an hour later. I asked what had happened. He said the girl taking the orders gave me the wrong phone number. He said this is not the first time. I called and asked why he was given the wrong number. All she can say was I'm sorry. My lunch was ice cold. I have ordered from this place a few times now. The order taker always seem to forget sending your correct order. So your constantly calling back because she doesn't send you a complete order. The funny thing about this is she never forgets to charge you for the items. I'm not going to lie their food is decent it the poor help they can do without. Mr owner if you want to grow pay for some good help and you will see a difference in...

I had a very very long day and all I wanted was a super steak burrito, I came here 5 years ago and it was nasty nothing was fresh, meat extra chewy and too much fat. Today I decided to give it another chance, since I just moved down the block. I was hoping for the best and again u guys failed, I ordered a super steak burrito and all you guy gave me was a burrito full of lettuce ,tomatoes, and onions and such a small amount of steak with a lot of fat, I ordered a SUPER burrito for a reason. The rice was hard, beans were watery ,one of the worst experiences I ever had. I definitely won't be coming to this restaurant even if you offer me a free meal. This is my first reviews EVER. I really don't like bashing restaurants because they probably had a bad day, but seriously...

I catered an order... i picked up my order and went to event.. They forgot a lot of food and sides They wouldn't deliver or help. I had to go back to pick up what they forgot.. i asked if I could pay for them to deliver what they forgot... i would even pay (for their mistake ) they said NO... So I had to go back.. When I got back to my event , I missed the people that were most important. Then I realized they did corn and not flour on 50 tacos They also forgot my guacamole orders. . I called several times.. never gave credits never called back..

I called again. Explained all. Still no credits or call backs..

I would never trust again for any...
