Le Petit Sucre Ltd — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Guys, I am amazed. Besides being the best macarons I've ever had, this is a company that goes above and beyond for their customers. Yesterday, I put in an order online with the intention of picking it up. Unfortunately, I had some scheduling conflicts and couldn't make it. I had the intention of going either today(Thursday) or tomorrow(Friday).

I received a call from Sharon, the owner of Le Petit today--not because my order taking up space, but because she was concerned about me. With COVID and no communication, they were genuinely concerned. Again working from home I was unable to go out and pick them up, so asked if I could come tomorrow. Sharon told me they were closed on Fridays and would be open on Monday. I told her worst-case scenario, I would make it there on Monday to pick them up.

45 minutes after they closed, I had missed 2 calls from Sharon (I was in a meeting). I then received a text with a picture of my order (see photos below). They were delivered to my building, solely because they were on her way home!...

I recently ordered 15 macarons of various flavors that I love, but when I received my package, some of them were destroyed (melted, messy, broken). The box took a little longer than expected to reach my house, so I understand that it Le Petit Sucre wasn’t responsible for it, rather the mailing company for taking so long to deliver a perishable package. Due to the inconvenience caused by the mailing company, Le Petit Sucre wanted to help and actually sent me new macarons within 2 days, the macarons which were destroyed prior in the other package. So I want to give a huge thank you to Le Petit Sucre for the amazing service, I know it isn’t easy shipping macarons from Chicago to New York, but they made it work a lot better than any other places would, and with great they service were understanding of my situation and helped me receive the new macarons I needed. This place has an amazing variety of macaron flavors, great service, and a convenient website that makes it fun and easy to order macarons! Thank you...

I would have loved the chance to taste these macaron. I ordered some for wholesale and there was an agreement to send me some overnight yesterday. We went over packaging and flavors and we were supposed to get them today for a big launch that my store was having, I never got a phone call and my phone calls never got answered or returned. When I finally reached him to find out why, I was told he couldn't follow through with the order and that something happened to the bakery and couldn't make anything. And sorry that he didn't call. Funny thing is though I spoke to the other owner right before I called him and she said that he's real busy baking other orders so I was just left without a courtesy call on my big launch day. I would have totally understood if you couldn't do it and I would have found someone else instead of wasting all my time speaking with you about all my options. I am very sad and...
