Went here a week ago with my husband and have never gotten such horrible customer service. We scheduled a tour and never got a greeting .went to the bar and stood there still with no acknowledgment from Any one finally the women(who could work on her hygiene) asked my husband if we needed Any thing . she told us to have a seat and got us when she was ready for the tour 20 mins after our scheduled time. Our tour guide went on a 15 min rant about how its her past day and how she is leaveing to become a writer.during the tour she never looked at us or answered our questions. We were the only black people.and it wasnt hard for us to noticed that we werent exactly welcomed . later the girl opened the copper distiller and I guess whatever smell was im there made her sneeze uncontrollably in to her hands about 10 times and them with out washing her hands she makes everyone a sample of apple brandy. Also we had pre pared for a flight and instead of giving it to us on a plate or anything my husband had to hold 4 glasses in his hands to the table there is no service what so ever at this place. We left right after and decided it wasnt worth it to buy anything .only reason I give this place any stars is cause their product and story is good. But if you're black or actually interested or have...
