This place is very unsanitary I never would have thought that until I had a chance to work their inexperience it myself it's several things that's the issue they drop their breads and pick them back up off the floor and sent them out to be sold I have been a baker for almost 15 years they are cutting dough on wood tables which can have wood chips in the bread dough they also use a metal scraper to scrape the dough out of the mixing bowls and then put it on a wooden table which can leave metal particles in the dobread no beard guards no hair nets and it's the owner's son I believe his name is Nick or something like that he is one of the nastiest employees out of all of them I really used to like that bread they make until I work there seeing things like that I always make me question pretty much everything that I consume from somewhere else that I didn't see being made myself and the equipment they use is filthy it don't get deeply clean just brush it off and sweep up flower off the floor and they consider...
