Starbucks — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

The worst Starbucks shop I’ve ever been to, by far not even close. The fact that there are always big lines is the reality and I can deal with it, but how hard is it to adjust the number of shots in a drink? I get coffee there regularly in the mornings, and have for the last couple of months, and almost every time they make my order wrong. So the young lady that prepared my order for my strawberry Açaí, did without a straw, she prepared a drink for the next guest & gave her a straw, I said may I have a straw, you didn’t give me one with my drink, she said you have to ask for it, I told her the guest that ordered after me didn’t, she walked away like I wasn’t talking to her, I wish I would have got her name, she was very rude & prejudice! I ordered a pumpkin Frappuccino , it tasted like milk with pumpkin. It was barely frozen/blended ice, it was very liquidy. I went in and asked if they can make it again. They did, but as they were making it, the young lady snickered a bit while adding the pumpkin syrup. I didn’t think much of it until I say how much pumpkin syrup she added.
