Aaron Erin whatever the female manager is RUDE . Her staff excellent but she's bringing them down with her horrible customer service . We have been regular for the last 3 years going anytime we are off we eat lunch dinner so much that the staff already know what our order is .. We get the law enforcement discount 50% off (he was in uniform)-(he had to show his department of defense card) LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS FAMILY TOO ! we always have gotten that at any location we go it's always the same price everytime but this has been our favorite location but the woman when we tried to explain to her very nicely and politely that that's the wrong price and she continued to inform me I was wrong when even her managers have always honored it . She continued to let her 2 best customers walk out the door . HER STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Always been treated like the customer is always right...

I visited this location today; it will definitely be the absolute last time for my coworkers, family and myself. We were overcharged by approximately 10% on our order and when I pointed out to the manager(s) that we were charged more than the menu price for our drinks and a side item they refused to do anything about and stated “This is what we were told to do.” When I replied I would ask my bank to dispute the amount of the credit card charge one of the mangers called me a fraud and told me to leave the store. It's obvious this franchise owner does not value or respect customers if this type deceptive business practice is occurring and the staff is allowed to make such unfounded defamatory accusations to customers. Went here recently with my sisters and had a bad experience. The teenagers/young people on staff were talking amongst themselves about unrelated things, and overall had a bad attitude. The young lady who prepared my nachos plopped the ingredients I asked for in the middle instead of spreading them evenly. She had a blank face and spoke in a low monotone voice. There was a tall young man with longish brown hair standing at the back who barely did anything while the girls were talking to him. I asked for my queso on the side and the container was not filled up all the way, but I worried about asking for more in case I got charged extra. Overall a mediocre experience.
