Love this location. They are incredibly kind. I usually pre order my drinks and food to pick up at the drive thru. Today I chose to go inside and spend my stars that I accumulated. I was greeted by all the workers. All of a sudden I hear “ HI ROBIN!!’” I was kind of taken back because I was thinking who is that? It’s not everyday that my name is called out in public 😂 Lol I looked up and it’s the girl from the window, Beth. It was nice that she remembered my name and was excited. I feel terrible for not knowing everyone’s name (I went back and got all of their names).
It is a wonderful place to visit. Great atmosphere even when they are in their busy moments. Never had a bad drink or food come from this store. Even when you don’t know exactly what you want, they will offer suggestions based upon what you typically order. Khalaya is the one who inspired me to add brown sugar to my matcha a few visits ago. Now that is the only way I’ll drink it.
I had to go back and get all of their names Beth- Window girl...
Read moreAlways an attitude when placing an online order. It’s the same as me placing it in person except you have a few minutes extra. I was told to pull out of the line and give them 5 minutes. I have worked at Dunkin and understand it can be stressful but I never acted rude about it. I could give them 10 minutes to fix my order and still get an attitude when I pull up. And don’t get me started on the passive aggressive attitude at the speaker “so we LITerally JUST got that order”. And a comment about my windshield wipers at the window was unnecessary. Again i have worked at a Dunkin, yes when it’s storming and people come in with their wipers going it does splash and I am typically mindful of that……it was not raining and my wipers were on the lowest setting. Should they have been off yes, were they splashing water no, was a comment made about them...
Read moreBeware if you order more than a few food items they WILL comment on how much food you've ordered. It isnt any one person, but I only have this happen at this location. I put in an app order to pickup and usually its for my family so multiple drinks and multiple food items (1-2 items per person). I never do this at peak breakfast or anything but they ALWAYS say something about how much food I've bought. Comments like "you got x drinks and a whole lot of food right?" or "Wow, you got a lot of food today". Never any comments on the fact that I also got 3-4 drinks. I feel like these comments could be majorly triggering for someone with an eating disorder because it even makes me feel guilty. It has definitely deterred me from going to this location multiple times because I dont want to deal with the comments or obviously bother them...
