Urbane Cafe — Restaurant in West Covina

This was my first time visiting Urbane Cafe, and I was warmly greeted by Alvin with a big smile as soon as I walked in. He guided me through the ordering process, and I decided on the Salmon Bowl with focaccia, an Old Fashioned Lemonade, and a chocolate chip cookie.

Wow! You can truly taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. As their motto says, “Delicious is in the details,” and I could definitely feel the care and attention they put into preparing each dish. On top of that, they offer a great variety of drinks, and the warm cookies were the perfect touch—especially on a chilly day, making the experience even more comforting!

The restaurant’s ambiance is relaxing, the space is well-maintained and spotless, and I was particularly impressed with how clean and pleasantly scented the restrooms were.

It was great to visit Urbane Cafe this evening. The salads and sandwiches have a fresh taste you can't get at fast food places. The sandwich bread is freshly made and is part of the salad order. If you like fresh warm cookies these are worth a visit by themselves. Generally I don't care for cranberries, but the cranberry cookies smell as good as they taste. I look forward to our next visit where I might try one of the unique craft sodas they carry like Snozberry. Anybody remember Willy Wonka? Urbane Cafe is a fresh new treat for West Covina and I suggest giving it a try. If you like quality ingredients you will be happy you did. On a different note currently hundreds of parrots come to roost every night at sunset. This can be quite the spectacle to watch while eating outside. Ohhhh my lord, first of All Diayana was extremely helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable since the moment we step in the door, she greet us and guide us thru ordering all the way to the moment we left the store. My buddies and I saw her working so hard always with a smile greeting everyone after us and cleaning tables and we saw her all around the place working hard, So for that is definitely a 5 stars on service I will definitely come back because that is a plus now in days it's hard to find a restaurant with great people.
