I was surprised to find that this location was open until 1 am. It was 12:15am 3/19/21 and I was just getting off work and wanted something. I realized when I got there that no one was in the drive thru so I felt lucky. Or did I? The guy working the drive thru this evening sounded in a hurry. After I completed my order I had a feeling my food was gonna be messed up or cold. I was wrong the meat was ok the bread on top was room temperature, I had to put my chili in the microwave because even with the cap it was luke warm. Here’s the best part. I got to the window and the guy looked pretty serious and a little annoyed, although he didn’t say anything that revealed his frustrations, I could see it in his body language. I saw my strawberry lemonade with no ice. I didn’t think much of it but he failed to mention why there was no ice, so before I left I decided to ask. This was the only time he smiled, he says, “Oh, sorry the ice machine is broken, did you want me to put some water in it so it’s not so sweet?” I said, “No thanks, i’ll just go home I might have ice there.” Little does he know, i’ve worked at a restaurant before and every place that serves cold beverages has ice and every place like Wendy’s gets regulated by the health Dept. which means melting down the ice you have been using for on the ice bins so no water sits over night. This guy melted the ice down 45 minutes early and decided to tell me the ice machine was broken. If that machine is broken then I apologize, I stand corrected. However, if that store opens in the morning and a manager reads this review and realizes it wasn’t really broken I hope that guy gets fired. There are people who are unemployed and he’s pulling stuff like that. I just wanted to eat a small meal. I understand they all wanted to go home, but that’s what their job is. Read moreI had to change my review after this place has decline so much i don't know if it's because the pandemic or the staff they hire. I always see different people. The service sucks. Is a long wait even if you have a mobile order that has been pay. I had a bad experience for 3 combos and 2 frost's which it total more than 43.00 dlls for the terrible service. The guys in the drive-thru are lazy, rude, because one of them call me Sir when i am a female. Also he had the nerve to see the phone order that it was pay. Like really when you order is because it has been pay and I am sure you can see it in the screen. His name if you ever order through him is Hennessi he did not give any ketchup, napkins or cup holder I had to ask for one. My suggestion for this place is manager step up to the place and make sure your staff does what they are suppose to do and follow the protocols of the company. Read moreWent to Wendy's to give them another try and because someone else in the car likes Wendy's. I ordered the $5.00 (giant junior bacon cheeseburger meal) . There is nothing about this meal that says giant . When the four nuggets are bigger than the burger that's called a kids burger or a slider. I've never gotten a full order of fries yet . The new soda machine they have seems to always be out or running low on coke or Dr.Pepper. Its actually a industrial version of Soda Stream . When the flavor runs low there us a cartridge they change just like a printer cartridge. No bag of syrup. So now your $3.00 dollar drink really only cost them pennies. Anyway the nuggets taste ok and where hot , the fries were hot but part was missing , the burger was warm but over sauced with no onions, no pickles, a small slice of tomato. And the bottom bum was wet/soggy . I used to like Wendy's back when Dave Thomas was alive . But when be died , whoever took over went cheap ....
