Today, I called asking if they participate in the recycling initiative,“grounds for your garden”. The young gal on the phone placed me to hold to talk to her manager and see if they can participate.. After about a minute she returned to the phone and said “sorry my manager said she can’t do that because we don’t have any space available” I smiled and said “ok Thank You for checking,” as I was truly very appreciative of her taking my call. But in the back of my head thinking “yes, in a few generations we will be truly have not enough room.”

I was disappointed this location disposes their coffee grounds . A handful of us are delighted when see a bag or two of the used “Grounds for your gardens” it truly is an amazing Starbucks initiative! UNLIKE the processing required with many recycled products or composting, coffee grounds are able to be placed in the dirt immediately without any further to processing, shipping , time or expense and back to work the very same day! Gardeners, plant loves, worm farmers, and microgreens growers enjoy these great little impacts we can have on our generation as well as hundreds of years long after we are no longer here! If you find an extra couple square feet, we can work together to keep your workplace and our earth a little greener together with each cup of coffee!, if a store were only to recycle 2 of the 5 pound bags of Starbucks coffee per day, it could save almost 2 tons of material in the landfill a year! Not to mention as rainfall and snow comes down from the sky and filters through the landfill trash it acts like a coffee filter but instead of a cup of coffee we end up with a little storage pond of garbage leachate that fill up in containment areas in our landfills. That leachate needs to be stored and treated before being released back into our waterwayswhich is unlike the beauty that recycling the grounds can have. tgent thru drive thru ordered venti latte with 3 splenda was given the wrong coffee cup went back to girl taking orders in drive she told me to go inside i did so told manager wrong coffee he rerang my coffee said it would be just a few minutes, they were busy and i was running early so i waited...30 minutes later i still had no coffee and had to leave for work..they lost my order from one end of counter to the other, no refund no coffee no offer to make it good just an i dont know what happened can you wait...

Normally this starbucks is good took my daughter in today and frappacionos were half off. She order a carmel frap grande being 4.75 she charged my daughter 3.95 and when i stated thought they were half off she said they are thats why i charge her for a small. I can do simple math but didnt feel like causing a scene so left it but needless to say i will be taken my business to another starbucks...
