I buy coffee every day almost and even a breakfast sandwich sometimes. Bad habit but if I’m going to $10 or more for it you can at least put the card board wrap around my coffee. Not too mention no one enjoys burning their hands while bringing their drink into work or dropping a expensive coffee because it’s too hot to handle. I get sometimes they may be out be they do not give it to you at all. Been months of this.
Also, stoppers not everyone uses so I understand I have to ask for one, no biggie, but when I ask for one, please don’t ask like I asked for you to dig a trench. The reason I ask is so it doesn’t spill in my car and so is covered when I’m carrying it and all my bags into work. Also note that most health care places require the top to be covered.
Yes I understand you are trying to save on plastic which is great but then change your design!!!!!!!!!!! Casey’s has a lid that uses a flap to cover the opening!!? Poorly managed Starbucks! Always trying to cheap out on customers when the issue is their design and product. Someone’s going to burn themselves and then you will think twice about throwing a fit about a stopper or putting the card board wrap on...
Read moreWhat can I say about this amazing establishment? If you love waiting in long lines, paying exorbitant prices for mediocre coffee, and feeling like a basic stereotype, then Starbucks is the place for you!
I had the pleasure of visiting one of their locations and let me tell you, the ambiance was just perfect. The sound of blenders and espresso machines drowning out any possibility of conversation, the smell of burnt coffee beans filling the air, and the sight of overpriced snacks tempting me at every turn. It was like a little slice of heaven.
And don't even get me started on the coffee itself. I mean, who doesn't love paying five bucks for a cup of burnt, bitter liquid that's been sitting in a pot for hours? It's the perfect way to start the day, or so I'm told.
But, in all seriousness, if you're looking for a place to blow your hard-earned cash on a mediocre coffee experience, Starbucks is definitely the place for you. So, I give it a 9.3 out of 10, would somewhat recommend when wanting to spend a fortune on coffee. Cheers to...
Read moreA girlfriend of mine and I have been to this location maybe 3 times, every time the DT baristas are rude for no apparent reason. If you have lackluster customer service, then simply request to not be in a Customer Support role - or better yet, get out of the customer service industry. I am a former 229 sbux partner, and she is a current 298. We use her numbers only when ordering a drink for her as well, today she wasn't in the car with me and I used her number for her latte and mine. It doesn't make sense to NOT use it, it's a partner discount for a reason. The drive through attendant was cordial until after I had to give my girlfriend's name. I guess I didn't give the right nickname or whatever, but as soon as I fumbled on that detail and just gave her surname the DT batista became rude and exasperated. I'm sorry I took 10 extra seconds out of your day to confirm her identity like I'm a God damn spy, I'll take an extra five minutes to not have to come here again. 1 star all around, 2 stars because my latte...
