I really wish I could give more than one review. Alas, I can't. Tonight (12-5-21) I figured I would try again. Welp, I ordered at 5:57. I expected it to be a little behind due to weather. At 7pm, still no pizza. I figured I would just drove there since the app still said "prep". When I got there the app changed to "baking". I told them my order number (1583). I told them I was out and about, so to help, I figured I would just pick it up. I showed him the app, and just asked if I could pick it up and just take off the delivery fee (they still would have got a tip BTW). The guy in the front (who was wearing earbuds in a pizza place.). Said he can't refund the delivery fee. So I just said "Ok, can we just cancel it, and I'll reorder the same thing and I'll pay for it now. He said he can't. He said that he can cancel it since it's already out for delivery. Wait, when did that change?!? I told him that I would ONLY cancel it IF it will still get delivered. He said yes., I asked who was delivering it. He said he didn't know and couldn't contact them. What the hell?!? Really? You guys don't know?!? Well, I went home with no pizza and it's been over 2.5hrs. The customer service at this store is beyond rediculous!! Second time I'm eating toast for supper by them.
2 years ago from Dec 2021 -I ordered a pizza for delivery (for $60) at 1:15am. It is now 3am, and no pizza. I watched the app... prepping ..cooking.... then...delivery.......Then I got a notice..."Cancelation Notice"...... At 2:45am. Poor service, no food. Read moreI got to the store to pick up my food which I ordered for car side delivery and pushed the im here button as instructed and proceeded to wait about ten minutes even though there’s a timer for two indicating it should’ve been out by the time the two minutes was up … well the timer stopped which meant I had received my food … however- I wasn’t the one that got the food. When I inquired about it they asked me if I was at the right store (which I was) and that they didn’t have it and were going to check again and if nothing make me new food… so I waited fifteen more minutes for the new food to be made so I total I waited the 25 minutes to leave to go get the pizza then ten then another five while they looked for the missing (given to someone else) pizza and 15-20 got new food to be made which in total is about an hour or longer… that’s longer than it would’ve taken to deliver it! So now they have a free pizza for my timer running out because it said at51 if the hour I gotta feed one had I not received mine but since they stopped the timer because it was given to another person I didn’t get an email and they owe me for the time I had to wait and also my points need to be added yet… west Fargo store WAS my go to but now I may have to switch it up… love dominos and the people are great but they could be a little more careful and efficient with the orders 🤷🏼♀️ sorry guys but I’m a little disappointed in the store lately… like the past 6 or 7 months to be honest… get it together man!! 🤘🏼🙃 otherwise fantastic job on the food.. always...
Read moreSo i ordered food it never came . no notification no call or text nothing just checked the tracker and it said my food had been delivered. It was like 15 minutes after i had placed the order that it said it had been delivered. Since i had it sent to my place of work and the only way in is at the security desk. I know for a fact that you never came because noone brought pizza to the desk or came to the building at that time....but i would like to say thank you. Because you decided to show us what kind of customer service you have we called another pizza place Deeks pizza in west fargo. Ended up getting. 3 pizzas to share with co workers. They threw in an extra breadsticks and cookies. Just because they took 45 minutes and it was there way of saying the felt bad about the wait. 45 minutes isnt long at all. But the fact that they truely care about the customer service they provide made me realize how much your store is truely lacking. Deeks pizza was amazing by the way....
Its a shame we use to order from you a few times a month at least since there aren't many options working overnights. But honestly you will never be a first choice again. I think id rather take my chances with the cafateria egg salad then giving you my business again.
Your food is just ok. So if you want to be a place people want to order from then you should focus on the customers experience. And the quality of service they receive.
