Heavy white kid made my friend and I 2 caramel mocha cappuccinos. We left on a journey and about 10m into our journey we realized there was no espresso in our drinks. We decided we really needed coffee, so we returned to get it replaced. We explained the issue with the order. The kid seemed to show signs of frustration and possibly doubted whether we were telling the truth. As an employee, I disagree that it should be your job to question whether or not a customer is lying. Provide the service, and let us get on with our day. We spend thousands of dollars at this location alone, our unused dunkin points can prove that. Mouth breather redid the drinks and I heard a whisper about a double shot, thinking it was for another customer. He didn't make a single point to converse. He put two drinks on the counter, and walked away. On my first sip, I could immediately tell there were two shots of espresso. I asked the kid if that was the case, and he said yes. Very unexpected because it was a specialty donut that I was ordering and every other dunkin' donuts especially in Hartford give me a hard time about this and want to charge me to the penny way more than just the dollar six!
