Pink Dot — Restaurant in West Hollywood

I haven't used Pink Dot since they literally had their own delivery drivers, including the adorable VW Bug they used. Now I got a DoorDash driver. He drives to my home, slightly in the hills of W.L.A. and I am outside with him, my bags in his hand. I give him my Wifi password but??? He can't get reception so he leaves and returns my purchase back to the store! I had covid and all I wanted was what was in that bag! So, I tried again. I told Pink Dot what happened and they said they would make sure it doesn't happen again and resent it out. It didn't happen again but almost did. This guy got to my wifi and finally handed the bags over. Way more energy spent than I was up to at the moment. I guess my issue is with who they choose to use to deliver. I have no experience with the meal delivery services, so I have never used any of them. I just assumed Pink Dot handled their own deliveries still.

When it comes to Pink Dot, they make substitutions if they don't have the size of a package you order. Instead of a family size bag of Lays approx.10 oz that I ordered, I got 2 small bags equaling approx 5 oz. of chips as opposed to the family size of 10 oz.

A phone call from an employee telling me what other large options I could have had in it's place would have been nice and I would be giving a better score.

I never like leaving reviews at all and I'm the type of person who wants to write something positive "IF" I take the time to write at all. I'm pretty easy to please. They asked me to review...

I serendipitously stumbled across this sanctuary while searching for bottled water in the wee hours of the night. Yeah, I'm one of those high-maintenance hussies who can't sleep without proper hydration.

Alack. CVS and other nearby convenience stores were closed, even off the Sunset Strip. Perhaps I was punished to parchment after all.

But hark! Could it be? A neon-lit store only blocks from my hotel, its entrance accessorized by a quirky model car...?

My eyes did not deceive me.

But they did widen in wonder as I discovered vegan delights sprinkled Hansel-and-Gretel breadcrumb style through the aisles leading to the fridge section.

Rhythm kale chips (bonus points for having my favorite mango habanero flavor). Seaweed packets. Booze. Synergy kombucha. Dairy-free chocolate and ice cream.

Unexpected bliss.

I even found shaving cream (for sensitive skin!) that I had forgotten to purchase earlier in the day.

FIRE SERGIO!!!Chief leader Sergio got to be fire as he is ruining”pinkDot” legendary image! He make Pink Dot sound Ratchet.. SAd for SOL who needs to be aware of what’s going done at the Pink Dot , Sunset location! Hanging up the phone on customers multiple times, argumentative and cheap , when Sergio was in the wrong there.. I’m still in choc on how this man handled me , us , customers who choose online services , DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH EMPLOYEE’S ISSUES???? If chef leader SERGIO “gosh that is so sad for PINK DOT and its customers” cannot be respectful toward customers and is allowed to be unprofessional representing a company that isn’t his??? Well Pink Dot will go down with a very poor rate ... Thanks to Tabitha Henson for her professionalism and fixing Sergio’s mistakes and abuses on customers ..
