I am a big fan of Langer’s and will go out of my way to risk my life going to the seedy area it is located for the fantastic Jewish Deli. Only recently did I find out there is a location closer to me in WeHo owned by the granddaughter.

Normally I would have ordered the pastrami, but today was a burger kind of day for me. That’s what I got. They call it the Zane. The serving size was quite large. 1/2 lb of burger was substantial. The burger did lock a bit of juiciness and was cooked more medium. What is definitely a stand out was the bread it sat on. That texture, that taste was superb!

I like the fact that they have free parking. WeHo corner where they are located is a hard part of town to park. I would not have bothered going if the parking was not free.

The sandwiches here are priced eye popping higher than anywhere in LA. The only reason it can is for riding on Langer’s legacy. So come prepped for the sticker price expectation lol.

The negative was the service was so slow. It was a lazy Saturday noon when I went. I must have waited maybe 20 to 30 minutes for my food. A burger and fries.

I still look forward to coming back to try the famous Pastrami Coleslaw sandwich take on the #9 at the...

The first time we ordered from Daughter's Deli was a month ago via Postmates. The food was so good! We ordered the Pastrami/Egg/Swiss, NOI, Matzo Ball Soup and Egg Salad. They were all excellent. We were so impressed, especially with the breakfast sandwich.

The following day, we ordered the same items a second time. Our second time ordering wasn't consistent with the first time when it came to the breakfast sandwich. Upon receipt of the sandwich, unlike the first time, it wasn't cut in half and had a mayo type sauce on it.

We immediately gave Daughter's Deli a break and did not order from them again until the other day. We've now ordered twice within the last few days and each time, the food has been consistent and excellent. What a relief!

We've been big fans of the father deli Langer's for decades and had a lot of confidence in Daughter's Deli considering the relation. Thankfully, we are not at a loss and don't have to schlep across town to Langer's to get the same thing now!

We're definitely sticking to Daughter's Deli; as long as it stays consistent. We really like the way they redesigned the building that used to be Paquito Mas and then a yogurt place. Hopefully, Daughter's Deli is...

We placed an order for lunch through Uber Eats. 90 minutes later the order still hadn’t been picked up so we called the restaurant who said the order was being picked up right then. Another 30 mins passed and the order still hasn’t been picked up so we canceled it. Not the restaurant’s fault, we blame Uber Eats.

Because we ordered a breakfast sandwich and chili cheese fries, which wouldn’t have been good after sitting out for hours, we canceled the order through Uber Eats and placed a brand new and slightly different order directly from the restaurant to pick up. We picked it up and brought it home to find it was our old order that had been sitting out for hours with a new receipt slapped on. The food was soggy and cold and the order was incorrect. They gave us what might as well have been someone else’s food that had been sitting on their counter for close to 3 hours instead of making our new order fresh and correctly. Needless to say, I didn’t eat the soggy breakfast sandwich with brown avocado on it or the cold soggy chili fries and won’t be ordering...

As a big fan of Reuben sandwiches, and hearing this location is sort of a sister restaurant of Langler's and having a coworker preferring this over Langler's, I had to finally make my, so.. everyone could have an off day, and that's all fair and all but I have to describe how it went for me the day I went, and best I would describe is -sawlll-tee!!!- specifically with the soup and especially the chilly cheese fries. Which made it hard to eat, unfortunately I didn't even finish my meal. The sandwiches were fine, I grabbed the sandwiches but didn't taste like it was just off the oven(almost room temp), I didn't care for the potato salad, they added a sweetness to it that really turned me off to it. The service was kind and helpful and very friendly. And it seems like they're expanding, so my review won't hurt them. And like I said, they might've had an off day, but it was enough for me not wanting to come again.

Mom/daughter vacay so why not intentionally select “Daughter’s Deli” for lunch? Glad we did! Love the portrayal of humble beginnings. Definite motivating touch for the purpose of taking my 16 year old out as she discovers her unique self and prepares to place a mark on the map!! We chose a chicken Caesar Salad, Mac n cheese, cheddar broccoli soup and a club sandwich. Soup rose in my hierchy of THE BEST; poor Panera… Food was delivered in the perfect amount of time but also allowed me to read the clippings on how the owners got their start. Everything came packaged to please and pleased the palate! Employees were full of energy and truly enjoyed their time working. That’s a hard press these days! My daughter and I walked from our hotel and didn’t need parking but there was certainly availability. I’d have a “do over”!!!
