I have never in my life left a negative review but i really had to on this place. Do not go to this restaurant! My purse got stolen and the employees were very disrespectful when I informed them about my bag and asked them if they can help me out in anyway to figure out who might have stolen it… the whole night the vibe of the people there was extremely odd and overall the dynamic. When our table was ready to close out, the card machine was not “working” and kept declining our cards and instead of the employee who was helping us out, reset the system or figure something out, she kept pushing us to pay with cash which was extremely suspicious since NOBODY else had a issue paying with card that whole night besides my table. The employees were not sober and reeking of alcohol. Not one of those employees cared to help me look for my bag and instead talked down at the fact that it was my fault it got stolen instead of having some decency to make the situation less stressful for me. The employee did not give us a receipt to go over our tab what so ever and over charged us about $80 to a $100 dollars. After we told the employee multiple times nobody has cash, magically the card machine started working. Before we even paid, She changed up the price that we owed multiple times and never even gave a receipt after we paid. The customers there are just very sketchy and seem to be regulars. Please do yourself a favor and...

I went to saddle ranch a billion times the food is amazing definitely high quality food and honest prices . The food portions are more than enough for 2 people so if you have a big appetite this is the place for you but I must talk about my experience with my server “Eli” I hope I didn’t misspell his name. I was on a date with a woman and I didn’t have much planned all I knew was she was going to love the food but what my server Eli did was above and beyond. Great service , great vibes well every waiter in saddle ranch has a great attitude but Eli stood out the most. He was AMAZING he never let my drink run out , he gave great recommendations. He saw me and my date really hitting it off and he never interrupted, he just waited from a distance and waited for my signal to approach “yes he was that attentive!” He treated me so well you would think he knew me personally! Saddle ranch is the kind of restaurant that really does care about its customers as a regular customer I can wholeheartedly vouch you’ll have a great experience with any waiter but if you want to really nail your date and I mean really make a great impression ask for the section Eli is serving. I’ve gone back way too many times than I’m proud to admit. Dates and family events and eli has always recognized me. He deserves a pay bump and a promotion he really is the best saddle ranch has to offer! Saddle ranch has my business until...

Went to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday with a party of 10. Took at least 25-30 mins before anyone came to our table after being seated. When the server finally arrived to take our drink order, several of us could smell alcohol on his breath & he was sloppy with his words and actions, which led me to believe our server was drunk! After another ridiculously long wait, we still no drinks, and our server was nowhere to be found. At that point, a person from our party went to complain and explain the situation, letting them know our concerns about our server using alcohol on the job.

We finally got our drinks and then eventually our food, but I was NOT at all happy with our experience. The food was mediocre at best, menu was overpriced with portions that were less than expected served on giant aluminum plates that seemed completely unnecessary and made the portions look all the more unimpressive.

We never saw our original drunken server again, so we assumed they'd been sent home. No one ever apologized or came to our table to make sure we were happy after the fact. No manager, nothing said by our new server, and certainly no apology when it came to the bill. I'm not looking for any handouts but an apology or at least a free dessert for the inconvenience but sadly, no.

I won't be going back to Saddle Ranch again because of this one poor performance. They've lost mine and my family's...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Saddle Ranch Chop House I recently dined at the Saddle Ranch Chop House in the West Hollywood, right on Sunset Blvd. and was very impressed by the little touches and the care put into the starters. Edamame The edamame arrived steamed and perfectly seasoned—light, bright, and a refreshing starter. It’s simple, yet executed with enough care that you can tell the kitchen values their ingredients. A great way to begin a meal without feeling heavy. Chips & Dip (served inside bread bowl) This was a delightful surprise. The chips were crisp and fresh, and the dip was creamy and flavorful—with a tangy, savory bite that paired beautifully. Serving it inside a bread “bowl” made it fun and shareable. The warm, slightly crusty bread added texture and depth, making the dip experience even more satisfying. Butter Biscuits The warm butter biscuits were a standout. Soft, flaky, and buttery—just the right kind of comfort food we often hope for but rarely get. They arrived hot and gave that welcoming, homey feel to the meal. Perfect to nibble on in between dishes or to accompany your entrees. ⸻ Overall Thoughts These starters alone make Saddle Ranch Chop House a winner in my book. Thoughtful, flavorful, well-executed—each small dish showed the kitchen’s attention to detail. If your appetite is big, you’ll love the main menu too—but don’t skip the biscuits or the chips & dip. They really set the tone.

Came in on a late flight to a hotel nearby. Saw this was in walking distance so I ordered pickup via Uber Eats, being sure to investigate that the UE markup wasn’t ridiculous (seemed to be on par with their actual restaurant prices). Food was hot and tasty. A little pricey for what it was, but even with the high prices to be expected for this side of town, it felt like they mostly rose to the bar. They also sent free bread (mini rolls and mini cornbreads) and chocolate chip cookies. This is how it’s done. Very pleased. Minor digs are the broccoli could’ve been cooked a bit longer but it was still good, just a bit crunchier than hoped for. They had pink lemonade on the menu but it’s just coming from what is likely a Pepsi fountain. Personally I think Pepsi fountain beverages are typically as$ at most places, and this pink lemonade was just as acidic and chemical tasting as would be expected from a Pepsi product. Not the restaurant’s fault tho. (The food would hit so much better with homemade lemonade tho, plus it fits the vibes… hint hint.) Liked the kitschy western vibes of the place, cool throwback music videos on the screens. I wouldn’t have minded eating inside if I was up for the more upbeat atmosphere close to midnight, but it was late and I just wanted to get to my room relax.. My kinda antics tho, all things considered. Will be back! Curious about the prime rib on the menu.
