My boyfriend and I just spent two weeks at AKA West Hollywood, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and taken care of in every way possible.

The staff went above and beyond every single day – not just in the big things like helping us with check-in or housekeeping, but in the little details that truly make a stay feel special. Every interaction felt personal, warm, and genuine. You can tell they take pride in what they do and in making guests feel at home.

The property itself is stunning – the views are breathtaking. Waking up to the city skyline and sunsets over West Hollywood felt surreal every single day. The rooftop pool and lounge area became one of our favorite spots to relax – it’s peaceful, beautifully designed, and such a perfect place to take in LA.

Our suite was modern, spotless, and so thoughtfully designed. Having a full kitchen made our stay so convenient, especially for a two-week trip. Everything about the space felt luxurious yet comfortable – we truly felt like we were living in LA rather than just visiting.

The location is unbeatable. You’re right on Sunset Boulevard, walking distance to amazing restaurants, cafes, and shopping, yet the property itself feels tucked away and private. It’s the perfect mix of being in the heart of everything while still feeling like a retreat.

I was able to stay at the AKA the week of the 2024 Emmy's in LA. This was the 4th time I have stayed at an AKA and the Second at this particular hotel. I will say this stay exceeded every expectation I had, and the other trips were GREAT. They impressed me all around and I really enjoy staying there. My job brings me back that way often and I will stay at the AKA every time I am able. They really care about the experience you have, the attention to detail is unmatched, and they put 110% into even the smallest tasks. Directly I want to point out the staff I had interaction with which was Esther, Makeda, Amanda, Nick, Adrian, Nayara, and Albert. They were all so personable and dedicated. My stay with AKA West Hollywood was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the reception desk so sweet and stored our luggage when we were in a rush and placed our suitcases in our room. When they say 24/7 service they mean it. Anything we had delievered during our stay was brought to us and that alone was worth the stay. The amenities at the AKA were perfection and I am so mad I that I didn't use the cinema during our stay it looked so cozy. We spent almost everday at the pool, my boyfriend was in the gym every morning! The location is perfect and so close so many delicious restaurants and shopping!
