I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Kith, and I must say that my experience was made exceptional by one of your outstanding customer service workers, Josh. From the moment I walked in, Josh greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
Josh went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge of the store's products and fashion trends was impressive, and he provided insightful recommendations that perfectly matched my style and needs. Not only was he attentive and patient but he also offered helpful suggestions that I hadn't considered.
What truly stood out was Josh’s genuine passion for his job and dedication to ensuring I had a positive shopping experience. He took the time to listen to my preferences, answered all my questions with enthusiasm, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Read moreOne of the worst launching for the store. They had a FCFS and they didn't even know what that meant. They said they had a list for people who had stopped by on the previous days and that they had priority. There was nothing that said that this would be done. The next thing is the people in the fcfs line, they would pick who would come in, does that make any sense? If you came in line for 5 mins then you could have ended up in the store, which wasn't fair for those who had waited since 3am. They have no management skills in the store. It's like a high end boutique with low end standards. They all have no communication skills. The security is another problem letting the line be a backdoor situation by letting the people he knew on first and also getting seconds after awhile. The management didnt know about this and had to deal with it downstairs. The whole thing was a disaster. There were some toddler shoes I want to buy for my godson and online they were available. I went to the store luckily I worked near by that day, went in, and showed the lady at the register the picture of the shoes and she said "we don't have those" I responded with but you have them online. I know everything online is not at the store but from past experience usually stores will order them and you can pick them up at a later date or have them delivered to the customer choice of address but with this cashier she said "yeah... we don't have them" (meaning here at the store) so I was like "okay" then I informed her I tried calling throughout the day and no answer in which she replied "we were busy" I replied with "all day" she replied with "yeah".
