The staff is really nice, but every time I go here they never get my order right. The one time I ordered just for myself, they gave me the wrong value meal. The other times were somewhat larger orders so I can understand a mistake with that, but last night they tried to hand us 3 things that weren't even on our order! They didn't give us a receipt so who knows what we really got charged for. We also went over our order about 6 to 7 different time (no I'm not exaggerating) and we still had to make sure they gave us our chicken rings. So I wanted to get on here and give some constructive feedback, maybe try organizing who does what instead of all the employees running around not knowing who has completed what or what items have been given to the car waiting 20 min at the window. My best friend managed a few Acrtic Circles across the valley for many many years and I would always go there and hang out when she was working, they were always quick and accurate in their work, so I don't understand why this location can't get it together, but thank you for being nice even when we have to keep telling you "nope that's not right or that's not ours" I can see the employees work hard you just need to get...

I love going to Arctic Circle but today I had been treated like I’ve never been treated before after ordering our food and receiving our milkshakes while waiting for our food to finish, I got an Oreo and caramel shake and it appeared that the caramel was not put on top so I asked the manager had been put on top and she replied. Yes I said OK. Well this is the normal amount of the milkshake and she replied yes and I said OK well It’s been more in the past and her response was. I am very busy and I have other customers I need to help as if I was not a custom myself. Read moreMy daughter won a winning gum ball out of the .25c machine. When she went to retrieve her "prize" as stated on the sign above, any winning gumballs recieve a "prize." Upon approaching the register my 7 year old daighter was told she DID NOT NEED ANYTHING! Really Article Circle?.....Pathetic customer service! Thankfully, my Mother was there and went and stood up for my 7 year old whom won her prize fairly, not to mention her excitement! What a bunch of pathetic employees who can't even make a 7 year olds day for winning a prize out of a machine you place in your buisness. Also, adding on everytime we go to this location we have to watch our $ money as employees will try and cheap you out of your $5, if you hand them anything larger than a $10.
