Swig — Restaurant in West Jordan

I was at this location on Friday, October 10, 2025. I go here most days of the week because it is close to my work. I pulled up and the line was unusually long. After waiting in line for 10 mins with absolutely no movement (with 9 cars in front of me), I got out of my car and walked up to the window to figure out what the heck was going on. I felt bad for the girls because it was incredibly understaffed. There were only 2 of them and over 15 cars waiting with no movement! I went back to my car and proceeded to wait another 20 mins...so 30 mins total for 1 drink. This is unacceptable for the management to have let this happen to your staff. I expect this to be made right with some sort of compensation for me for all that time I wasted in line. I would have left, but by the time I was waiting 15-20 mins, I figured I had given that much time and might as well wait. I had hoped it was only going to be a few more mins, but it was 30+ mins! I was almost late for picking up my students from their lunch and missed my entire lunch break in line at your Swig. Don’t go to this location, not worth it. They get worse every time I’m there, how hard is it to get 2 small drinks out? I ordered in app for pickup at 3:25 waited for 15 didn’t have anyone come check on me or ask say there was anything wrong with my order. Then I have to get in this huge line and have to wait for my order because there’s 10 other cars in front of me. Other times I’ve come here they’re soda machine is low so they give me soda without an flavoring, basically just soda water and I’ve had them mess up my order a few times. I’ve never ordered anything complicated there like changing sodas and adding extra things to my orders. I’ve worked in a drive through that would be 10x harder to get cars through because we had actual food they just have drinks and cookies to give out. Don’t waste your time unless you want to wait 40 minutes for your order. I got there at 3:27 and got home at 4:08. My house is 3 minutes...

Very annoyed at this location.

I’ve gone there twice I order ice water and the person I’m with orders a drink. I gave them the fundraiser card and the employee marked for two drinks instead of one. The fundraiser card clearly states the “card is good for a soda or refresher.”

When I’ve gone to other swig locations and ordered a water, they’ve never charged me for water. When I asked the employee about it at this location she said “it’s a drink.”

I understand you may need to charge for the cup, but let me know and I’m happy to pay for it. But I’m not going to pay for a full priced drink when it’s water from the Faucet!!!

I’m 10000% annoyed and I refuse to return to this location.
