New Dragon Diner — Restaurant in West Jordan

Just ordered from here for the first time. The chow main is %90 wet cabbage. There was hardy any noodle, the chicken was boiled, the worst iv seen out of a chow main. The fried rice looks old, the sesame chicken looks old, the pot stickers were boiled or microwaved. And it had a weird funk to the smell. I usually don't complain about food, or write a negative review about diners beacuse i understand the type of buisness. But when I called the store to talk about the poor condition of the food and see if there was a remedy, he was argumentative from the get go. He told me I didn't know what I was talking about, told me if I wanted wet noodles it needed to look like this. And refused to fix the problem. I asked for a refund, he said yes come in and bring the food back. We didn't eat anything, and immediately brought it back. When I got there, he told me he couldn't refund it because it was was a online order. I asked why did he tell me to bring it here if he couldn't refund it it in the first place? We ordered on there website, not a third party delivery service. He said he would credit it back, but couldn't give me a confirmation receipt, so he wrote on my recipt that I already had "will credit order". All in all, I kept my cool, and only wanted to get a refund for 45 bucks worth of food that was really poor quality. The owner is a rude, very argumentative individual. And he doesnt care. I read these positive reviews and I was optimistic. The staff was very friendly but our order was completely wrong. We ordered orange chicken (which spilled everywhere because they drowned it in sauce and it was soggy) sweet and sour chicken which we didn't get instead we got over cooked seaseme chicken. We ordered crab cream cheese wantons, which none of them had crabs. We ordered shrimp noodles which was a wet ball of cabbage with no noodles and 3 shrimps. For some reason they gave us soup which was a disappointment itself. When ordering on the phone I was rushed which I didn't take personal I figured they were busy, the person told me my order was $35.32 but when we got there we were charged over $50. They read back our order and it was correct so we figured the guy was wrong, they were not busy, there was no one there at all. I won't...

I'd heard good things about this place so I gave it a chance. We ended up trying out like 10-12 things on the menu as we were with a group. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was.

I'm not a spiced guy so they brought out the food without a ton of spice, but had the same hot sauce they have to make it spicy for the two people at the table.

Won tons were friggin delicious and the shrimp was to die for. My wife enjoyed the potstickers so much she ended up taking two orders home.

I personally got the sweet and sour chicken. It was like most you'd eat but I really enjoyed it.

The noodles, I was so full I couldn't eat more but I kept eating and eating and eating these noodles. Emptied the plate. Want more. Will...
