Last time I went to that specific place they made me wait in line for my entire time and they passed two people in front of me because they were going to pay by card and I had cash, they said I had to be there before midnight and I I was waiting 20 minutes before midnight and when I got to the cashier they told me that it was past time 7 minutes later and that they couldn't charge me!! And I like a stupid stop and they didn't charge me for having cash since they passed people in front of me for paying by card, it doesn't seem fair to me and they told me they could keep my things until Friday!!! because they are things that I would deal with the next day!! It's not my fault that my cash didn't work for them like their cards!! and people passed before me rather I think it was an act of racism since they specifically made people pass and the Latinos just left us at the end so they didn't want to charge us!! That made me very angry and as a sick person it even made me feel bad. The lady was very racist, as was the young woman who spoke Spanish, they treated us very badly!! I waited 20 minutes in line and their excuse was that there were only two people!! If the store is not capable of serving people faster, why are they still talking to customers, making us waste more time in line and the worst thing is that they want to make us feel like lying and stupid people who don't know what they said we should Be there before midnight to pay but if they ignore us and people pass in front of us it's not our fault!! They must respect their clients' time as they want them to respect theirs!! the worst service I have ever received in my life!! Read moreFirst off this store is usually cleaner then the others and some what organized. Today there was shoes everywhere. In the makeup every single eyeshadow pallet was broken. I picked each one up and didn't find any that was not broken. You can tell they also have a theft issue empty packages everywhere. When we went to checkout the line was long waited 15 minutes with only 3 cashiers mind you this is after the holiday. Where you wait in line was a complete disaster. We had a gift card because my husband had gotten it for a broken shaver. It had $26.80 on it we had checked the amount when we got it. We used then also used debit because we spent more then that when we were in the car I looked at the receipt because the math wasn't adding up and noticed that the cashier had only put the gift card as $16.80 exactly 10 dollars less. We went back to the store to tell them what happened that's when they started making excuses like the rest went back to the burlington credit card when explained that no it didn't. They then blamed the west valley location saying they didn't put the whole amount on. I checked it after we left that location and the whole $26.80 was on it the manager continued on making excuses blaming everyone else including us not taking any kind responsibility. The manager was rude and should not even work in customer service they don't know how to treat customers and basically saying we were lying. They stole exactly $10 from us and treated us horrible. I've never had any issues at any other of the locations. The store was very clean, the clerks were nice. Found everything pretty easily and quickly. Love it! We will be back. (the only thing I didn't like was the line wraps around the side of the store. As I was clearly looking for the register with hands full the gal at the front door let me walk all the way up to her as I was trying to find the line... and THEN decides to tell me I had to go all the way back PAST where I was to get in line... I am disabled so that was annoying.
Then when we got in line it was long and a woman up near the front had a child that was just screaming his head off, (looked about 4) couldn't tell if he had a disability or just bad parenting?
But way to old to be screaming and tormenting everyone in line... and he was coughing all over the cart, the counters etc... so when they were done, we were next and I told the cashier I would wait for another register as he'd been coughing all over the place and she just looked at me a bit bewildered and took the next customer... so yeah... other than that we had a great experience there.
