I ordered through the app stuffed crazy crust peperoni and mushroom. I went in and the worker refused to acknowledge me. And no other customers. I got my pizza out of the portal and I told him thank you. He refused to look at me and so I say again, sir? Thank you. I got home and there wasn't any crazy topping on the crust. So gets the thing.. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THE APP. There is no such anyway to get help for your order. SO I CALLED, and they won't let you ring through, saying, We're so busy we can't answer. SO, I dragged my pizza back to the store. The empty store again and no reason no to answer. The man was so rude that just jerked my pizza away, quickly and went to go put the topping in. I said wait ! No I want a new pizza. It's 30 degrees outside mind you. I this pizza is cold now. He REFUSED. I asked this man for a apology at the very least. He refused. I explained that the pizza wasn't good now. So the language barrier was definitely a big part of his rudeness. I got my money back but, I will never ever use the app again because they don't give a rat's ass about the customer. Maybe you'll realize by this review that you lost money! So not only did you LOSE the SALE, THE MONEY, you also lost the MONEY it cost you for that product. If you had only remade the pizza, you could've kept that sale. I was so excited when I picked up the pizza that I raced back to work to enjoy it. Once I was at work I opened the box and it looked a little funny, there was cheese that wasn't fully melted on top. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and I took a bite. The dough was raw. It tasted horrible. Since my work isn't too far from the store I decided to return the pizza and get a new one. Upon arriving at the store for a second time I informed them that my pizza was raw. The woman in charge then pretended to not understand me, unfortunately for her I am bilingual and informed her a second time that the dough was in fact raw. She then began arguing with me and pulling the pizza apart telling me that it was just the cheese. To which I responded no it's the dough and I proceeded to pull the dough apart as if it had just come out of a Pillsbury dough can, nice and raw. I then asked to be refunded or given a new pizza, she then proceeded to hand me two hot and ready pizzas that were both cold and not ready, and also not cut all the way through. Today we ordered a cheese and a pepperoni stuffed crust crazy crust pizza. Got home and one wrong pizza. After calling a lady that had a hard time communicating she said to hang up call again and press 8. On hold forever again , I drive down as I’m on hold I get to the store no customers in it and no one’s answering the phone? Handed the Manager the wrong pizza with the receipt. Waited for a fresh new pizza she hands me another pizza Oops wrong one again. I said it’s crazy crust so she takes it back and gets me the correct pizza while trying to tell me my wife ordered the wrong pizza but it was on the receipt. She could have handled the situation better or more professionally but had an angry face and horrible attitude. Recap the fist pizza was regular crust, second pizza was stuffed but not the crazy then the third was the correct.
