I placed a mobile order on Sunday 4/23/23 through the Subway mobile app. I have made orders before at other locations but this was the first time for this location. I enjoy mobile ordering for the convenience and speed allowing me to "Jump the line" as it says on signage at the restaurant. I placed the order at 2:55pm and it gave me a pickup time of 3:15pm. I got there at 3:08, a little early but from my experience at other locations, the sandwiches are usually done a little before the pickup time. I walked up to the pickup area but it was empty. The employee making sandwiches made eye contact with me so I just sat on a stool by the pickup shelves and waited. She continued to make sandwiches for people walking in but I heard someone in the back so I assumed they were making my sandwiches and waited. I was concerned when it was 3:20 already and my order wasn't ready and she was still helping walkups. Another mobile order customer came in. The employee went over to a printer and pulled what was apparently our orders. Turns out the other employee in the back was getting ready to leave so didn't help with sandwiches. Finally there were no more walkups and she started to work on my (and the other customer's) order. We were both unhappy and I asked why did other customers walking in take precedence over ours. She said that's not the way it works and they make it when they get to it. So at this location, it's better to just walk in because mobile orders come last for them. It was 3:32 when I finally was given my order. I stood there for 24 minutes waiting for my order when others walked in and out in less time. The employees were rude and I don't understand the purpose of mobile orders and the signage saying "Jump the Line" when I have to wait basically at the end of the line. I've used the app many times in the past and have never run into anything like this location. The food was rushed but decent so I would've given them at least two stars but I complained to Subway. I got an email from the franchise owner who didn't explain why mobile orders are made last and just said they would share the feedback with employees, signed Jesse...
Read moreI had a coupon for a $6.99 footlong. I asked if I could use it for a footlong without bread and make it a protein bowl and was told yes as long as the coupon doesnt say that you cant. For those of you that dont know a protein bowl is literally just a footlong minus the bread. So i get to pay and they ring me up as a protein bowl meaning $6.99 coupon that I asked if I could use a head of time doesnt apply and now I owe $10+ dollars. So i say ok well give me the bread with it and then just ring it up as a footlong. No can do if the meat and veggies are in the bowl it must be rang up as a bowl. So I say ok well then put it on bread and ill just take the footlong and throw the bread away once i get back to the office. Still no can do once the meat and veggies are in the bowl its set in stone that thats what I ordered. So I walked out and now they didnt get a sell plus have to throw out my order all because they couldnt make me a footlong with no bread without changing it to a protein bowl in how they ring it up.
Only reason I gave a two is because it was a clean place but staff...
Read moreI went into subway mid afternoon to grab a quick lunch. During the interaction with the worker she was so incredibly rude. She told me I needed to speak up and she couldn't hear me. When I began to talk louder she got an even worse attitude.
By the time I was ready to check out I asked what her name was and why she didn't have a badge on. She refused to give me her name. She stated that I wanted to complain because I thought she was rude. Which I didn't say. She knew she wasn't being kind.
Then she didn't even bag my order before going to help the next family. And when I asked for a bag she told me I would have to wait until she was done helping the remaining 5 customers.
She also had her child there and I have photographs. When I asked if that was normal.she told me to mind my own business and if she couldn't afford a babysitter that she could bring her child. I thought it was gross and unacceptable for a subway.
Her name was Brenda and her Supervisor Violet was nice enough to provide her name since...
