Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in West Jordan

I love to enjoy some wienerschnitzel from time to time, I came to this location to order up some hotdogs and I was completely put off by the young lady working at the counter, extremely rude and had a shitty attitude. When I first approached the counter she was just cleaning something on the side, I said hello I’m ready to order, she completely ignored me, I then raised my voice and she then ignored me again, I waited for a few more seconds before I had to get Alil louder saying hello, I am ready to order, she then slowly moved to the cash register and asked me what I would like, with no eye contact, I ordered and received my change, she went back to cleaning. I waited patiently for my food. When I saw that my food was ready and placed in the small pick up window, the young lady working was just cleaning something and didn’t even check the window, the cook told her in Spanish hey that guys food is ready, and she acted like she didn’t hear her and just kept cleaning, I didn’t want to let my food get cold so I approached the counter and politely asked is that my order in the window, again was met with attitude and no eye contact, she then turned her back to me took off her gloves with out putting new ones on and grabbed my food…I think she put her dirty fingers in my hotdog cause she turned around wiping her hand on her pants…I took the hotdog left the building and immediately threw the hotdog away. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN, and I think it will be awhile before I think about ever go back to another...

We frequent Wienerschnitzel sometimes more than I’d like to admit. We have always had a 5-star experience, until the last time we went. We got home and realized that they had forgotten to get us half of our food. I called and nicely asked if we could come in later to get it and the girl asked me if I had my receipt. I kindly said, “No, the girl at the window didn’t offer me one.” She then asked what was in my order so she could look it up. I told her and she said that I was lying because she couldn’t find any orders matching mine. I was LITERALLY looking at the rest of my food and telling her as politely as possible that I just wanted to come in later and get my missing food. She continued to argue with me and tell me that I hadn’t come in. I finally asked to speak to the manager and the manager said it was no problem, and to come in at my earliest convenience. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and the number one rule is, the customer is always right. They lost this lifetime customer. Arrived at this location as my first stop out of the hospital to be met with terrible service from a rude employee on night shift. I understand it’s frustrating because we arrived at 11:50 however after surgery the one thing I was looking forward too was a corndog and we were not placing a big order. the ice cream machine was off which is annoying but understandable, then when we went to pay she explained she had already done the tills when we got to the window so we couldn’t pay in cash-not sure why this wasn’t mentioned while we were ordering. Offering up other solutions we said we could run to the walgreens across the parking lot and get exact change trying to be accommodating and she sighed rolled her eyes and said that by then they will be closed. makes me sad because i was looking forward to coming, and I wouldn’t even be bothered if she had just politely declined rather then being so rude in her demeanor:( do better...
