I have been going to this Panda every week, once a week with my friend, for over a semester. Without fail, the pop machine ALWAYS has something out of order. Last week, it was lukewarm pop and the coke was not working. Once, there were at least 5 flavors out of order. One thing is for sure: each week, something different is out of order. How is this possible??? Who is fixing your machines?? Clearly they are not pop machine fixers because they are doing a terrible job. If pop machine fixers aren't an actual profession, they should be because whoever you are getting to do the job doesn't know what they're doing. If you actually are paying for someone to fix your machines, let me let you in on a secret: they are robbing you blind. Please fix these machines or stop making me pay full price for a drink. Could I stop ordering a pop? Yes. That is neither here nor there. If you offer drinks, one would expect that all the drink options are available. If all the advertised options aren't available, why am I paying full price? Not to mention, I can't see which options are available from the register so I don't know what my options are until I have paid for a drink. My pop money could go towards the children's hospital that I'm always being guilted into rounding up for, and at this point it would be preferable. So here I am, hoping my review will at least guilt you into finding someone competent enough to fix this machine. You guys are playing Russian Roulette with my pop cravings, and I'm about over it. Please stop hurting me like this. Yes I will see you this Wednesday, but I hope not for the last time :( Sincerely, Your...
Read moreSo I usually have amazing service. There's a tall red head girl that has the most amazing makeup everytime we come in she's amazing gives you great service and has sense of urgency. But this time and last few times hasn't been great or even good at that. There's a young lady named Bri that is just so rude everytime we go there , once over me having orange chicken on side , and several times over me asking for several sauces to go with my 2 large orders of ragoons. Like she gave me two hand fulls which was only 8 sauces and got attitude over giving me that much. The ragoons are not good without the sauce and they are the whole reason I come here. Like if you don't like your job find a new one. I spend over 35$ every time I come in and to tell you the truth I don't think I'll be back. Bri you don't have good customer service at all. Sad part about it is I say please thank you I am patient and so friendly why treat me this way. I am a restaurant manager and I'm sorry I'd fire you in a heartbeat. You need to find a new job without customers involved. Sad people are like you anymore. Treat people that provide the money for you to have hours and a paycheck...
Read moreI came in at 8:50 unaware the store closed shortly later, the lobby was very trashed so I'm assuming they just had a rush; however the employees at this location took it upon themselves to lesser my experience because they closed soon. I asked for the simple order of two plates, both with fried rice and orange chicken. They sold the last of the rice to the person in front of me and told me they wouldn't make any more for me.
They did not apologize but only asked if I wanted chow mein instead.. Then they gave me what was left of the orange chicken and called it two entrees, they once again told me they would not make any more and to choose another option where teriyaki was literally the only option. The two ladies at the counter were distracted by each other talking about an unrelated topic, when they eventually got to me they took down the incorrect name for me to wait for.
I'm incredibly unimpressed by the steps they made to make the situation better and advise anyone who values customer service to try the other...
