The customer service here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and a part of the family with unbelievable prices on some of the best darn burgers in town and the best darn sweet potatoes and sweet taters and sweet potato fries in town easily!
When I see a hat creek burger company I come to expect what this location comes to deliver which is phenomenal customer service clean environment awesome reliable Wi-Fi and best arm prices in town on some of the best darn food that comes to you super quick and speedy!
Although a franchise it is one that I wish was across the entire darn world as they said the example I believe every fast food chain or franchise of fast food should aspire to!
Also family friendly and dislocation has outside patio perfect for pets and kids to play around.
Just be aware that it is tricky parking as it's a weird inverted angle on a hill in the corner of B's cave road and Capitol Texas highway and the entrance to the darn building is facing the east not the north or the south
Also pay attention to the entrance as they also share a space behind them with a business office space with shared parking!
Also watch how to drive through works as it's inverted and curls around the building facing the north between them and the business office space.
This drove me buddy when I first arrived but was worth the effort as it was by far the best venue now to have business clients meet me at with reliable Wi-Fi and I've even done a computer repair to here and been made felt welcome and also TVs if you want to also calm down and...
Read moreI'll start by mentioning that I am just visiting in Austin from across the country, and that I also have a gluten intolerance. I'm not a celiac, luckily, but finding options can still be very tough sometimes, especially back in my hometown.
This brings me to the first point that was a massive shock to me, in the best way: the gluten free bun. As most GF folks know, the GF bread options in "fast food" are usually not great, to say the least. The GF bun from Hat Creek is the first GF bun that I've had that doesn't make me wish it was a traditional bun instead. It's a lot more similar to a "regular" pretzel bun in taste and in flavor, and comparing it that way there is very little difference between the two. It's certainly better than any GF bun that I am able to get back in my hometown, and it's even better than a lot of wheat-based buns that I've had, which is about the highest possible praise I can give a GF bun.
Past that, the food is very good and is very reasonably priced. The quality of all the ingredients is certainly a main focus, and it come across clearly.
The staff in the restaurant has been extremely helpful and friendly every time I have visited, and the staff appears to be very knowledgeable about food allergies. I wish all restaurants could have staff like this!
Sadly, once I get back home, it'll mean I'm at least a 12 hour drive from the nearest Hat Creek location, so hopefully there are some expansion plans on the horizon! Thanks so much for the great...
Read moreHat Creek Burger is a very consistently excellent burger with lots of options and good pricing for the quality of food. A few things of note, the location is tricky at the corner of Bee Caves and 360. You basically have to come in from the 360 side and it's a bit tight especially when people are merging on 360 going highway speed. The set up of the parking lot is a bit strange you have to go around the drive thru to get to the parking by the entrance and the drive thru flips around the other way, there is a playground so it attracts a lot of kids, no big deal but something of note, the seating inside is good but can be limited on a busy day, the outside seating on the covered patio is great, out where the stone is not ideal the benches are very wobbly and it makes it hard to eat, definitely when sharing with multiple other people. The food is excellent they have lots of good sauces and the portions and pricing is very good. I also like the self serve kiosk to order, you do the whole thing yourself and they call you...
