I ordered the holiday lattee the sugar cookie with almondmilk today. I took the lid off hoping to see the red and green sprinkles because honestly thats the best part! Nope not a single springle 😭

Everytime I have ordered one of the holiday drinks at this location in the afternoon the baristas NEVER put the added toppings on them. I thought maybe it was just a mishap until numerous customers said they never get the sprinkles added on top in the afternoon only the MORNING STAFF make sure to do the sprinkles.

I come every morning as well and have NEVER had this issue mostly I think its because BO who is one of the assitant managers does a better job of making sure his morning team is consistent on the beverages.

As a former Starbucks store manager years ago myself its quite disappointing how Starbucks has allowed their standards drop so poorly. The whole point of the Starbucks drink recipe cards is to make sure baristas follow the exact same steps storewide so customers can order a drink anywhere in the nation and can always expect the same great taste.
