Update: Friday 22, 2019... my girl and I went to chili’s , we saw an employee by the name of billy that had went to interview at a hotel where she used to manage before but never gave him a job because he overqualified. We waited and got sat down, we noticed that he was serving people on his our side and my lady saw that he took a peek at her and walked right past us , no more than 10 seconds later a woman came and said “I’m going to be taking care of you for billy” . We felt so disrespected, it wasn’t even funny.
On Father’s Day my girlfriend took me here. She ordered the classic ribeye , and I ordered my favorite mix and match fajita trio . When the food came , the waitress forgot my avocado , ceviche and shredded cheese plate, and I told her “what about the tortillas?” And she said “omg I’m sorry I’ll bring that right to ya”. She left and that’s when I notice a sauce that I had never seen on my food , my gf asked what it was , I didn’t mind it , it was hungry. . . Then looking closer I noticed that my steak had some sauce in it too and it looked really weird. With my fork I cleaned some of the sauce off of it and realized that the strip steak were almost all raw, it looked so nasty it almost seemed like it was meat that was going bad and they still cooked. My gf asked the waitress to bring me another set. Instead of her taking the whole plate she left that nasty looking meat on my plate . I saw her asking everyone else how their food was and when she looked back at us she remember my tortillas and she quickly went to look for them. About 3 minutes later maybe she came back with my tortilla wrapped in aluminum foil and placed it ON THE TABLE!!! No plate or anything. I looked at my gf 😒I was still hungry so I started to eat the rice , she came back about 5 minutes later and said that she had just went to the kitchen and that she was sorry , my steak came out raw yet again!!!??!!! At this point I was already mad . . . But I didn’t say much she said that she would bring me my steak shortly . An even longer story short i found that my chicken strips weren’t cooked very well and when the steak plate came I could easily see that some were raw and as you see in this picture blood began to consume the bottom of the plate . Without flash the picture looked even more nasty. Father’s Day at chillis , was the worst experience in chillis ever. Very...
Read moreWe went to this Chili's for dinner. We checked in online and arrived @ 20 minutes later. I walked in to let the hostess know that we were onsite and asked how much longer it would be. the waitress said 15-20 minutes or maybe longer so I walked back to my car to stay warm. As soon as I got to the car, we received a text saying our table was ready (within 2 minutes). Amber was our server and she was outstanding. We ordered Apps/food @ 6-6:05 PM. Our nachos and salads were out within 3 minutes. They were great. Then we waited for a while and after asking twice for our food, it finally arrived @ 6:40 PM. We ordered 3 fried chicken sandwiches and a smash burger. The smash burger and 1 sandwich were very good. The other 2 chicken sandwiches were tiny, not even taking up half of the bread In the picture I took, you can see how small one side was (smaller than the pickle). One of the sandwiches came out with the wrong condiments on it and was smaller than the pictured one. Amber said let me take it back and we will get you a new one. The replacement sandwich arrived after our entire party had finished eating. It was bitten into and noticed that the chicken was raw/not cooked. So a this point I asked Amber to speak to a manager. She asked Seth to come out but "he was too busy to speak to us". We sent the sandwich back and asked her to cancel it. She did give us a piece of cheesecake to eat. I asked again to speak to the manager and Seth told her the same thing. So we paid our bill with the kiosk. We then noticed that we were charged for an extra drink ($3.49) and told Amber. She said there was nothing she could do about so we just left. It was bad enough the food was tiny, buns were hard on the sandwiches, it took 40 minutes to get 3 sandwiches, they overcharged us but for a manager to say hes too busy to speak to a table? Not sure we will...
Read moreNow as far as dining in, I have never had an issue worth mentioning. But beware the take out! DO NOT PAY ONLINE. I went in there tonight and what I saw turned my stomach. The pick up area was full of people. All the curb side spots were filled with cars. I just thought they were busy or the fact an ambulance had to be called for an employee who had a medical emergency may be backed up staff. That was until I went inside and found that many of the people there had been waiting 45 minutes plus for the food. The ambulance had just pulled in as soon as I did so that couldn't have had an effect. Even with all this, I'm still thinking ok fine they got backed up. But NO ONE was even saying anything to the people waiting. Totally ignoring them. What's the absolute worst was that they had bags and bags of ready food just sitting there! And I don't mean like bags were sitting while someone was ringing people up. No. They were just sitting there while no one was being helped! And they had obviously been there awhile! And when a man finally got a woman attention (cuz again they were totally ignoring the customers) asked about the fact that they are just letting this food sit there, she blew him off saying they bring it out fresh, but it wasn't fresh! How could ot be fresh when people had been waiting 45 minutes past their order time and no one is being helped! That food was sitting there a long time. Long before I got there and was still there when I left. Luckily I didn't pay online before I came so I could just leave. And honestly I don't blame this woman. She looked totally frantic! I blame very poor management. And not once did a mamager show and no one even apologized. So at the very least don't pay online if you order take out. Honestly I would avoid take out all together after watching that food...
