Never had a problem with this location up Until very recently. I have gotten the Original Chicken Sandwich, Whopper, and Whopper Junior a few times over the past year and have immediately noticed a decline in the already average quality.
About 2 months ago I got a chicken sandwich after our kids' baseball game and it was so dried out and overcooked that the "meat" inside was almost unrecognizable.
We gave them another try 2 weeks ago. My husband's Whopper came out sloppy but tasted fine, I got mid way through mine before realizing half of it was still so cold it was almost frozen.
Yesterday we stupidly decided to try ONE last time and of course our entire family of 4's "Big King" burgers were not only completely burnt on the bottoms but they're also somehow the same size as a Whopper Jr? Really? Pretty misleading name for something a fraction of the size of a Big Mac and with no flavor besides charred meat.
Definitely have learned our lesson and won't be giving them another shot. Everyone has their off days, but when it's EVERY time ... something is clearly wrong and needs to be remedied.
Update: March 2023 - Stopped by here the other day after our kids' baseball game which lasted until 9:45pm. Wasn't much else open so we decided to give this a shot again. Seems like it's under new management, new faces at the drive thru and food is back to being the quality you'd expect from a Burger King.

Read more4 Double bacon cheeseburgers. That's what I ordered for lunch for my family today.
I was given a receipt for only 2 burgers, when I told them of the error, you would think they would simply add 2 to the order and charge me for burgers, instead the drive thru window employee had to seemingly ask permission if they were allowed to "add onto my order".
The supervisor, or manager, I'm not sure what her official title was, seemed to suggest I might have to go through the drive thru again, but I advised, that I ORDERED 4 burgers, I am buying for 4 people in my house, I would not have ordered only 2.
From that point I heard multiple argue about whether they should ALLOW me to get my full order, even after I plainly said I have no issues paying for the 2 more burgers, I just wanted my 4 burgers.
In the manager's defense, she immediately tried to impress on the other workers to listen carefully to customers. But I could tell that the other employees did not believe me. I was totally willing to let this all drop without issue, until I heard an employee, who must've been the one to take my order, try to whisper to the manager that "They only asked for 2".
I don't know if they didn't realize the drive thru window was still open, but that's where I draw the proverbial line. I've attached my dash cam footage.

We tried over and over and the deal would not work so I walked into the Burger King and ask to speak to the manager. This whole time I was extremely calm and the manager immediately became irate! Then when I asked for corporates number she said my district manager Miss Lee is right there. she went over to the district manager and I could see it as she was freaking out to this manager. Again this whole time I stayed very calm I even looked at my wife is not a big deal I'm just going to order something.
