Panda Express — Restaurant in West Melbourne

2024 Update: Lost a star because it is slowly becoming worse like usually fast food resturant. My orange chicken was overcooked and the rice was a bit overcooked as well. If my next meal is better than my last meal then I will add a star back.

Honestly, I been doing food reviews for a while and this panda is just so close of being 5 stars. I honestly would give any Panada Express that has Black Pepper Chicken a free 1 star because its so hard to get it now in many locations.

The food is usually good enough to eat, but like most times, it sometimes slightly overcooked like the orange chicken and the fried rice. I would say though the fact that warm teriyaki sauce is not available in the small cup is a huge let down for me for the fact that I only eat their noodles with it.

I would say though I got the weird interaction there for the fact that I was just invisible in line not once, not twice, but three times...

(The staff that was working in the serving area was serving me and my two friends. They got my two friends, but left me. They even let the 4 people behind me order, get their food, and pay for it while I am just standing in the middle of the line waiting lol. They apologize for ignoring me, and I didn't really care because I had time to...

So I go there every now and then and get the same order, orange chicken and plaid friend rice. They usually have to make the rice but I don't mind waiting. I went last week and got the same order but tonight when I went through the drive through the lady said they don't deviate from the menu. She argued with me for a little over 5 minutes before I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager and I said what's your name? Then she corrected and said she was the assistant manager. I still asked for her name and she just said she can't serve me. There is a note on the menu saying if you don't see what you want to request it and they'll make it. Why was this any different? I drove to the other Panda Express just a mile or so up the road and they made it for me with no questions asked. So they've got some rude, lazy people there. Horrible service multiple people not wearing masks the employees don’t speak English well and are confrontational when you can’t understand them to the point we’re they walk away after I told them they gave me the wrong meal the manager was not accountable due to them not being there don’t waste your time here at this location shame on you for treating people like there’s something wrong with them because you’re employees speak broken English also the whole not being able to dine in thing is old honestly it’s just laziness so no one has to clean the dining room literally every business in Florida is at one hundred percent capacity except this place $15 a hour yet no one can clean seriously hate the war these chain stores think they can do what they want Panda Express if you don’t want to open up then you should go to California we’re people have the same out look has you and you can stay...
