3 stars from mom (me) because I don't like the high price of their cookies, nor do I like the fact that you only have a choice of 5 varieties at any given time in a week (apparently they change up their cookies/flavors every week and depending on the day of the week you go, you can only choose from those cookies that are for that week). I saw so many different types and flavors online on their website that I would have loved to try, but those weren't available on the day we patronized their establishment. Now my 12 year old daughter? She will tell you 5 stars, all the way. I don't remember exactly which flavors we bought the last time we were here, but I think I got the chocolate chip, can't remember what my daughter got, but the flavors were pretty darn awesome. And the size of the cookies are generous and they put them in a pretty fancy pink box, so there's that too. I guess I will have to just keep checking their website frequently to see when the cookies I want to try , will be available. I don't know what the rotation schedule is, but I'm sure they could tell you if you asked . So in closing, is Crumbl Cookie worth all the hype? Well, that depends on who you ask, and when. But they do taste yummy and you get a pretty decent size cookie. So my 3 stars to my daughters 5 stars= a 4 star...
Read moreI had heard so many people rant and rave about how they were addicted to crumbl cookies and how I just HAD to try them. I must say, they are worth the effort! Now, this is totally dependent on what the flavor is, and they don't always taste like you'd think, but when you find those special ones that speak to you.....oh. my..... so far we like about 75% of what is produced. Their classic chocolate chip that is a weekly staple is delicious, but nothing too extraordinary. I am a bigger fan than others with this basic cookie because they crisp the outside just enough while keeping the middle soft and gooey. Most cookies are like this, but it doesn't always work in favor of the cookie. We like to try them every few weeks just to see the different flavors they come up with. I must admit, there have been weeks when nothing seemed tasty, while others EVERYTHING looked awesome. At the very least, it's worth a try for something a little outside the norm! Staff has always been great (and we've been to a couple...
Read moreGranted I never write reviews and I come here all the time. This trip was so disappointing. While waiting, watched an exchange between a customer and a girl employee, (curly black/red hair, makeup all done), touch her nose and mouth with her gloves on while speaking to customer. Continued to watch her and she never changed her gloves. She ended up being the one to handle our cookies. Granted the customer wasn’t understanding they sold out of the Twix and she offered him minis, I could tell she was getting nervous and maybe her touching her face was a nervous gesture but still unsanitary. Wanted to order two Twix cookies and said they were sold out, I checked minutes later and it was available to buy, I bought two, and drove there. Walked in to see they were sold out on the TV. I canceled my order and ordered 3 Twix minis. took 25 minutes. Love crumbl but when you get a crowd your organization always falls through. You don’t even make the cookie orders in order on screen. Wish I didn’t have nose-touched...
