Worst experience I have ever had in my life!! Waited 50 minutes for food. Brought food in increments. When my food was finally brought out, my entire party was already done with their food. After waiting 40 minutes, I asked how much longer for the food when one of the waitresses got rude and asked if we had even ordered. Then started shaking her head as she walked back to the kitchen and starting complaining about us to another coworker. A few moments later our waitress started coming out with our food. One by one the orders came out. A few of the orders were wrong. Twice I had asked where my food was and the first response I got was that the kitchen was backed up. The second time the waitress told me it was because the kitchen messed up my order and that they had to remake it. She was very rude and not once ever apologetic. I then asked to speak to a manager and she came back stating the manager left an hour ago. I asked for her name and the managers name and she stated " I dont need either of their names, as she is just a waitress and her manager listens to enough complaints." I then told her how rude she was and it was customary to bring food out to a table at the same time so families could eat together. She then told me if I wasnt so rude, our food would have been out sooner. I didnt' realize it was rude to ask why my food was taking so long or to ask to speak to a manager. She refused to give me her or the managers name. Told me I could grab a business card at the front counter. When I walked up front to get a card, none were there. Two women came up to the counter several times not once acknowledging that I was there. Finally I asked for a business card and the woman ignored me and started laughing. I asked her and she said " im looking." I asked her to bring it to me so I could go sit with my family. She never brought me a card. When the bill finally came, I was overcharged. Showed it to our waitress and when she came back with my second bill it was $3 higher than the last one. When we asked why it was higher, she stated that she forgot to charge me for 3 sodas. I went and got cash from an ATM and paid for my $78 bill. Never again will I or anyone I know walk into this restaurant...

We have been coming to this place for years. It used to be great, now the food isn’t even good anymore. Price went up and portion got smaller, not to mention rude staff. When we place a to-go order, there’s always something wrong or something new. Recently, I place an order and paid to have extras’ added and such. I even asked before heading out the door if extras and sauces are put in. They repeat your order in front of you but when you get home you come to find out they lied! I paid for extra noodles but they didn’t add, the meat we found were like 4-5 small slices on your entree’, the avocado on ‘dragon rolls’ we’re saggy. We always asked to cut them in thin slices and doesn’t do it. I wonder if it’s too hard to slice them thinly. The soft shell crab tastes old, they loaded with batter to cover the taste but it was awful! the sauces they charge you extra! We never paid for them in years! I said can I get chopsticks?, the girl said “oh I put 3-4 in there”! there was only one!! I know chopsticks isn’t a big deal compare to the other I asked and paid for, but bottom line is, they’re bunches of liars, very inconsistent! I didn’t even bother calling as we had called a few times in the past to complain for an unacceptable orders and oftentimes they would not even compensate you or correct your order. The “manager” doesn’t want to provide her name when you asked. Here and there when we feel like eating Thai food we give them a try in hoping to get a good meal but they always let us down. The worst service I have ever had. Staff was rude , insulted several customers. there was cursing and immature gestures being given from staff. The food was cold, we waited 45 mins. for our food and there was only 3 parties in the place. None of the food came out together, some were done before rest of food had arrived in our party. orders were even wrong.. brought the bill and we were charged for something we didn't get. when asked to fix, they brought the bill back charging even more and said they forgot to add something.. I will never go here again. the staff is RUDE, our waitress needed a manicure so bad.. it was gross to see her nails...around my food. we had to keep asking for refills . first 2 visits here It was slow and staff was not attentive but I tried it again and this time it was it!!
