By far the worst experience I've had with a Chinese take away. Delivery was on time 45 mins but an item was missing, fine. The driver would rather refund than go back and get it. Asked him why he couldn't go back and said it would take longer. Requested he go back anyway. Looked at the food and it was burnt and hard but still kept it guessing they over cooked it to keep it warm on delivery (I normally just order pick up) 30 mins goes by call to ask where the driver is with my missing item. Was told he was doing other things and would get back to me when he could. This I felt was unfair. It did not take long to go back and get my missing item which mind you didn't need to cooked or warmed. Would have been more understanding if he was rushing there and back which I know only would have taken him 10 minutes to do because I am only 5 minutes away from this shop. 8 with traffic. Advised I wasn't happy and wanted a refund for the item. 3 dollars. Seems just for a royal waste of time. I was giving off to one of the owners and she gives me the work around. "He was doing other deliveries I mean no he wasn't he was here he just left I mean you should have just took the refund when he offered it to you. You are making him do extra work." I was like "are you serious, this is not my fault that the driver made a mistake. I don't blame him for an accident I am upset about the timelines to fix the problem. I was an afterthought." She said "I will call him and not give you the missing idea and you take your money back but that would take longer." I advise that these are NOT best practices to retain your customers. My time was wasted. I advised I would come to the store my self to get my money back. The woman said, "oh. You want your money back." And hung up the line. Enraged I drove the 5 minutes it took to get to the shop and again asked to speak to the owner. I again advise that these are not best practices and that I want my money back for the drink and because you were so rude to me on the phone the meal. They demanded the food back, they started to curse at me in Chinese, they threatened to call the cops on me when I wasn't aggressive. No cursing, didn't kick or knock anything over. Just a firm voice. After waiting the male gave me back 3 dollars, the price of the missing item and told me to leave. I didn't push any more but I will NEVER go back to this place again! I recently visited this establishment and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The meat and rice I ordered did not taste right at all, and I simply asked if I could get something else. Rather than addressing my concern respectfully, the woman at the counter began shouting at me at the top of her lungs and in another language which was incredibly unsettling and unprofessional. She also demanded more money due to a price difference, which I would have been fine with, had it been communicated in a respectful manner. Instead, the entire interaction felt hostile and disrespectful. To be honest, the food was extremely unappetizing by far the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Very disappointed. About 2 months ago we ordered steamed dumplings and when I cut into one it was raw. Cut into others and also raw. I didn't complain which that was a big mess up. Tonight we ordered food online and went to pick it up. We are not far at all from the place. When we got home the soup was Luke warm. We ordered 2 shrimp rolls and 1 was fine but mine was drenched in oil. When I squeezed it the oil poured out. We also ordered 5O and wanted it med. With fried rice. The sauce in it was bland and couldn't tell if their was any spice to it. I also didn't get the fried rice. I feel like they are rushing and not paying attention to detail.
