Went through drive through and ordered 2 coffees with cream and sugar. Pulled up to window and paid. Then was handed two iced coffees. I said no, I just want regular coffee. (to me that meant hot coffee). I waited a few more mins and then was handed an iced coffee without cream and sugar. So I asked, "do you have hot coffee?" after saying yes, she just stared at me blankly. So I said "I want 2 hot coffees with cream and sugar". She closes window on me. A few mins go by another employee is Standing in front of the window on her phone. after a min or two, she opens the window and says I need to pay more $ for the hot coffee. (maybe the iced coffee was on sale??) At any rate, no one apologized, no one had an ounce of customer service, and I didn't realize that ordering two coffees was such a tough order for a coffee and doughnut shop! I told her to keep the $ I had paid and drove over to the Starbucks. This is the 2nd chance I have given this place. It is terrible, don't waste your time. Read moreI came here to do a pick up at the end of last year, I ordered quite a lot for an event, and when I came to pick up I was told that a lot of the types of doughnuts I picked out weren't available currently. So I didn't pick up anything and asked for a refund for the events doughnuts. Since I was there, I bought a small box with the deal (with cash!) for my family. The woman there said it wouldnt be an issue and to just call the number in the app and they'd call and verify it with her and I'd get my refund. I never got refunded and only got re reminded now because a new Dunkin opened and I had to explain to my husband and co workers why I won't go to Dunkin anymore. I contacted customer support, I called the store. I did everything and didn't get doughnuts or my money back. They ran me in circles. Sucks. I want my 26 bucks back.

Read moreI don't come here too often but the last few times I have, I've been met with disappointment. Today I walked in and clearly the employees didn't know someone was in the store. The first word I heard was an f bomb. Apparently the night shift didn't make Donut's or from what I could tell, muffins. It's not the first time I've come here and that happened. Thankfully I came for just a drink but had I come for something else, I surely wouldn't have had it. The cashier was nice and greeted me but had to tell whomever was yelling in the back to stop. I get it, things happen and what the night shift does affects the day shift. It's a ripple affect.
