Let me start by saying, I have been a customer of Little Caesars since 1994, when I began High School in Milwaukee, WI and Little Caesars was the place we would skip High School at. I love the Little Caesar’s Brand and Pizza.
Last night - October 27th, the same hankering for the cheese bread came over me, and I wanted nothing else. Not wanting to drive too far, I choose the location near to the Milwaukee Brewers Stadium, placed my order online as I did the last 2 - at 5:05pm, immediate red flag when the pick up time was 45 minutes later at 5:50pm. “Ok, no problem, it’s Friday, it’s busy” I go with my Sister to run a few errands and end up getting to the Miller Park location at 6:05pm. As I get out of my truck, walking up there is a lobby full of people, which is always a good sign for business.
I was on video chat and told my friend on the other line, “Look at this” I rotate the camera so she could see the 4 - 5 employees in the back.
I begin to hear the employees amongst themselves in the back, “Why is she recording us?”; “She’s recording Us”; “Hey, you Can’t Record Us”; “Our Manager Said you Can’t record Us” Again, I WISH I was recording, but frankly, I’m not a live streamer and didn’t have enough space on my phone. I immediately retort to them, still in the back, never coming up front: “I’m not recording you all, I’m video chatting to have a witness of how you all are back there refusing to come up here and deal with the Lobby” Their only answer was, “Our Manager Said You Can’t Record Us”
By this time it was nearly 20 - 30 people in this small, maybe 5’ by 10’ lobby; with more customers steadily cramming theirselves into the lobby; and in the middle of our exchange and all pipping out their own remarks; one lady ordered a large order at 8am that morning for a evening get together; another gentleman had left and hour before because his order wasn’t ready, so he said he’ll just come back but it still wasn’t ready; another Lady had ordered 1 pizza 2 hours prior; and each person in the Lobby had this same testimony of the same experience in one form or another.
FINALLY one of the employees came out because I had my phone up (they still believing I was recording) and she threatens me, “You can leave, or you gonna get your * whooped” which I responded, “PLEASE try it - I am not worried about you” This was a young lady with vitiligo, heavy set, with long pink and black braids braiding down her back that I would had used to drag her out of the store if she came around that counter at me. I told her, “I am not leaving this store, I want to know why you all are refusing to do your Job? We are here to get the product that we paid for and you’re getting an attitude because You’re not doing your job?”
OK. This exchange goes on again, for like 15 minutes, and it’s a whole thing, then the young lady with the Pink and Black braids comes out and yells at the entire lobby, “WE BUSY!!!” Like, leave us alone, cuz we busy.
Everyone kinda gasped in disbelief. Then she says, “It’s a 30 minute Wait” I immediately retort, “THAT’S A LIE”. Another person picked up on it and said, “It’s gonna be another 2 hours”
I get home, look at the reviews, and the same exact issue in micro levels were complaint after complaint, I stopped reading them, it made me sick. 2.3 Star rating.
I sincerely hope this complaint falls in the right hands and something is done, that’s just wrong and I know it’s not reflective of your brand that I’ve come to love for nearly 30 years! Never in my ever have I had such a sour and below par experience, and I genuinely hope this entire crew is fired, that the store is closed down until a better crew can be trained to run it properly. It’s a very profitable location, but not if you need to refund half the money coming into the store. I’m unsure if I’ll even receive mine, still says payment is pending as of 10:50a on...
Read moreI had just come in to pick up a DoorDash for a customer, when I heard the cashier say a name out loud, before putting the food in the warmer As I did not hear the name that she had said, I asked her to repeat it or what the name was but she just looked at me plainly, before asking what order I was there for. I then proceeded to let her know what name I was there for but, she, without even looking at me, said: "Huh, who?" Frustrated that she didn't even bother ro pay attention or make eye contact, I again said the name louder She then checked her computer, before letting me know, that the food was in the oven. I waited patiently with the other customers in the store, before the order was ready. When it became ready, she said the name, befoes setting it on the counter, and then sliding it and walked away, though I had my bag prepped One of the other dashers looked at me astonished that she was so blatantly rude and disrespectful, as I retrieved the order, and left the store. I usually have good experiences at this store, but not today, as I also noticed the tone of voice that she was speaking with others. Read moreI ordered 2 regular pizzas at 4:50 pm online and it said it wouldn't be ready till 5:30pm and I got there at 5:35 pm and it wasn't ready yet. No biggie, it's a Saturday night and they said it would be a just a few more minutes, I'm a patient person. An hour rolls by and within that hour there was a lot of angry people saying they were for an hour as well. I asked about my pizza and they said they were gonna go and see if they have something ready. Nobody came back to the front. I just asked for my money back or any 2 pizzas and I got ignored hard. I can see that they were stressed and I get it I've worked in a restaurant for 4 years but the way they handled it was awful. They kept locking the door so nobody else would come in and I kept on getting ignored and they stopped taking orders except for online or door dash. People who ordered after me got their orders before me. I have never seen service like this before. So many people said they weren't coming back. I finally got acknowledged and got my pizzas at 7:30pm and I came home and it was cold and it had someone else's name on it. Save your time and go somewhere else.
